This is one of the best Indian eateries I've eaten at in Philadelphia. The staff is so friendly, especially the head woman who takes most of the orders and delivers most of the food to the tables. I ordered the vegetable biryani and some other choice items and everything was spectacular! Look no fur
The food is delicious, the portion sizes are large, and the waitstaff is lovely. Lots of space, so we've always been seated right away. Good gluten free menu too!
The service was maybe a little slow for the dining room being so empty, but it was pleasant and professional.
The food was fantastic. Everything we had from the naan to the dal to the lamb was amazing.
Seeing some other reviews, I want to point out: We did NOT try the buffet.
I love this place. Located within a few blocks of Wills Eye Institute where I have monthly appointments, it is my go-to lunch establishment. I am a vegetarian, so the fact that all but four buffet items are veggie is a big bonus. I love the samosas, dahl, tikka masala, and at least five other offeri
I have never seen an Indian restaurant this crowded. . Both times the food was pretty good. Along with Indian food they had a nice salad bar. Service was above par. And the buffet is priced very reasonable.nice place to order
Best Indian food in Philadelphia - I go there whenever I get a chance. They recently renovated the place. It tends to be pretty quiet in there.
