One of the greatest Philly restaurant. Sort of like a hidden gem. Amazing food and atmosphere.
It gets all the stars cause lawdy lawdy it's so dang delicious! The interior is beautifully decorated, and the music complements it so well. The food is amazing and I cannot say enough good things about it. We will be coming back to dine in again and get carryout sometimes too. Well done Sansom.
I ordered to go and the food was well packed and tasted really good. I can’t wait until they open so I can have an indoor experience!! So we had Sansom Kabob with extra lamb skewer, Qablee rice, and Sambosa and they’re all good
Food was very testy. My kid liked it very much. worth of money❤️ place is well decorated and music and stuff was very nice too. overall loved it.
We found both the service and food very good. The gilled veggies were a little bare (see pic). The ambiance and decor was delightful.
The Chablee Kabob was excellent. I really liked how the lamb was cooked. It was really good. The very specific Afghan rice was also very tasteful, and I did enjoy the salad prior to the main meal. It was not inexpensive but it was worth the experience.
I think my favorite thing about the experience was trying something different, something that I had never tasted before. The Afghan cuisine served was unique and delicious. Food is reasonably priced, and our server was very good. I would recommend this restaurant.

Authentic Afghani (delicious) food, v nice servers, reservation in advance recommended!
Food is delicious. Get the yellow pea soup - it is amazing. Entrees are not cheap, but worth it.
