First time patron. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The food was good, everything is $$$ Al-la-cart. The service was amazing; the staff checked on us and accommodated our request. While, I gave five stars. It’s important to note that they have this wonderful bread basket. However, no one
I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. My boyfriend and I were trying to decide between 5 different potential dining options for visiting Philly and I’m so glad we chose this one. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, and even better food. The bread is exquisite, it comes with thre
This reminds me of the newsies, which were hidden subterranean clubs that people used to sneak into and have a good time. This place has a great vibe for drinks. The greatest dish was the Caesar salad, and the garlic bread tasted great, too. At best, the entrée of gnocchi, calamari, and spinach was
This place is great all around. If you haven't been here I highly recommend it. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is warm and fun and the staff always goes above and beyond
They were packed and we didn't have reservations since we just stopped in late. They still made us feel welcome, got us a
Incredible food and service! Went there for my birthday dinner with my parents. The manager came up to us to wish me a happy birthday and check that everything was good. I got the Sunday sauce/gravy which tasted just like my great aunt Nettie’s. They also brought out a cannoli for me for my bday eve

I ordered the mussels, garlic bread, ricotta toast, shrimp, calamari, clams, and meatballs. My favorite was the garlic bread. Drinks were really tasty too.
The restaurant is in the basement, but has a wonderful speak easy feel.
