One of my favorite places to have a lunch. Super healthy food and convenient location - right in my building. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Great take on a healthy ‘bowl’. We got the dry rubbed chicken and lemon Za’tar chicken. Everything was very fresh. The dry rubbed chicken is more spicy and we liked it more. Ha ha. The portions were just enough.

Cute fast casual chain with pretty healthy food that is friendly to vegans and gluten free folks. Clean and spacious on a Saturday, though I imagine it gets crazy during the work week. $10 is pretty good for a salad in center city. I had the vegan caesar, which was tasty, and a side of potato wedges
This place is a fantastic, healthy and quick option. The portions might look small, but they keep you full for a long time since the food is actually healthy and balanced.
The chicken is so juicy and the veggies are well seasoned and fresh! $14 entree, not bad for well quality ingredients. :)
Solid and delicious quick service spot. Think chipotle but much healthier. Decent portions at a good price. Salmon was pretty good.
Great menu items and a welcome respite from the over processed, chain restaurant options. My meal was custom made and a great value as well. Service was fast and polite. I'll definitely be coming back to explore more of the menu items.
Great place to grab a bite. I eat low to no added sugar and paleo and this was wonderful. The server also was able to go into the back and tell me exactly what was on the food. Most of it has no added sugar but a few things have honey so make sure to check on that if you can't eat that. Great find a
Food this local eatery after a nearby appointment. Food was fresh, well seasoned and plentiful. I had the Mediterranean salad with no feta and exta pickled onion along with the lemon chicken & lemon vinaigrette dressing. No regrets!
Perfect for high protein, gluten free diets. I had the greens and rice bowl with chicken, added falafel, tzatziki, avocado and roasted brussel sprouts. So good.
Love this place! The bowls are a good size and its super tasty! I dont know how healthy the food actually is but it definitely made me feel like I was eating healthy.

1000/10 especially for someone who is gluten free but this is a place anyone can enjoy. The food is full of flavor and they give generous portions.

All the praise hands for making a quick, affordable, healthy option! Tasted like home cooking. My only wish is that the veggies had been a little fresher - they seamed a bit on the soggy side. But over all the selection, allergen labeling, drinks & atmosphere was a+.

This place is like Freshkitchen, only much better. I ordered the RFE Classic Bowl. It was more than I could eat and very tasty. They also offer a good selection of beverages including LaCroix and iced teas.
