We were looking for a new place in Manayunk and this was kind of hidden in plain view. The menu had a lot of different options showing ingredients and cuisine types from around the world. Some of the options we weren't sure would be good together, but everything, every single item we got, was awesom
Today is the second time in this past month my wife and I went to Maya J and they have not disappointed with a single dish. We went for dinner with another couple and ordered 10 items from the menu. EVERYTHING was good and some dishes were exceptional. Today's experience wasn't short of the first
I had a hard time deciding what to order as everything looked so delicious. But I think you won't regret ordering any of the dishes. Definitely go for the small plates as you get to taste more of the dishes.
The food was outstanding and the service was top notch! Be sure to try the Tiger Shrimp Tacos and the Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese. Total winners!! The Braised Boneless Short Ribs are also quite yummy!
Excellent tapas from all over the world. I am pretty sure I ate food from every continent around the world and really enjoyed all of them. Calling this place traditional American is inaccurate, prepare you pallet for a little bit of everything.
It was an amazing experience here. The menu was so ambitious I was skeptical they could execute every dish. I was wrong, everything was fresh and delicious and I can't wait to go back.
The service wasn't great and the place was too hot inside that I felt a bit uncomfortable. However, the food is delicious. Figure about 100 per couple. Tapa's style dishes.

Love this place. My server Kenzie was incredible, friendly and super knowledgeable. Because of kenzie I am surely coming back with my entire work staff and family.
