Bringing our food tour here was a highlight of the evening. The staff came out to speak about Royal Boucherie and our food and wine, the ambiance is so quaint and historic, and everyone loved the food and drink. We can't wait to come back again.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got quick service at the bar, and the drinks were delicious. I got the Franklin’s Mistress while my friend got the Firepit Chat. An awesome upscale restaurant serving French Cuisine. My wife and I went for a birthday/anniversary celebration and loved the food, drinks and service. This is our first time trying a raw Oyster bar. We loved the recommendation from our waitress and the Oysters were delicious!!
I loved 😍 this place. Let's start with our Waitress Sarah. A wonder host, and extremely knowledgeable on the menu, then The Trout was lightly batter, and not over seasoned. The mushroom perfect side. And the bubbly and oysters .
Had my wedding there it was amazing couldn’t think of any better place to host my wedding. Samantha is amazing , professional and great communicator.
Perfect place! Superb food in a relaxed atmosphere. I’m so glad my friends acquiesced. They were afraid it would be too upscale given our convention garb, but it was open and inviting. Not recommended for physical accessibility (bathroom upstairs).
Darren at the bar showed me awesome hospitality. He crafted a lovely Bijou for me and helped me decide on two really delicious dishes for dinner. I’ll for sure be back next time I’m in Philly. Great atmosphere, could see it being a great place for date night.
The atmosphere of this place is very lovely. Perfect for any kind of date, anniversary, dinner. I ordered the escargot which is in a cream sauce, and you eat with bread. Really impressed. They do a few things very well. Small menu packed with amazing dishes. Get the escargot. Asparagus was a nice surprise. We didn’t get the lobster roll but saw another table that did and it looked amazing. Definitely stop by and check this place out!!!
We had our rehearsal dinner & welcome drinks at the Royal Boucherie in July 2023 and we would highly recommend them! We rented the upstairs room for a 25 person dinner and then had about 25 more people join us after dinner for a welcome drink 'cocktail hour' the night before our wedding. It was nice
