The Pierogie Kitchen. Worth the trip. Lotsa’ options, but they do sell out! So I advise, call ahead. I give it 8/10…but only because they were out of so much. Little place, with on street parking (I had no issue getting a spot). Friendly, patient, & accommodating staff. You can buy them cooked
We love the food here. it is always good and fun twist on polish food. Only issue is they don't let you make any substitutions even if they are out of one kind of pierogie they won't let you replace it with another variety so it often limits how many combos they have. there are some cool sandwiches.
The bright blue sign caught my eye and pulled over on a whim. The line moved quickly, but also realized those in the know call ahead since it does take a bit to get the food out (but honestly, it was fast - they told me 25 minutes but it came out sooner). The woman taking my order was patient and fr
Delicious!!!! Loved everything we got. The poutine was very unique. Very small place, nowhere to sit and eat. (They happened to have 2 small tables outside since the weather was nice so we did eat outside.) No drinks available in the store. I’d come back when I’m in the area again.
Enjoyed the food. Mother in law is polish so took her there. No place to eat inside. There are two wobbly tables outside with four plastic chairs that are not too stable. Best to plan for takeout but we live outside the city. I had the Philly cheesesteak and they were great! Mother in law loved them
Took out this Purple Goat salad and also the Pumpkin and Quinoa salad along with twelve of the broccoli cheddar pierogies. I enjoyed some of each. Make sure to ask for a menu in order to see ingredients.
Just popped in and ordered The Philly Jawn (potato cheddar and Philly cheesesteak pierogies). They were pretty tasty.
The Polack in me can’t give this place any less than 10/10. They are a fast, tiny place for you to get your food and get out. Unfortunately I did not like the pierogi poppers but any of their sautéed pierogis (Philly Jawn, Loaded, Chocolate Ganache) will make you so happy. Absolutely order ahead, gr
I stumbled upon Pierogie Kitchen while hiking in Wissahickon Park. The staff are really kind (they asked if they could bring my hot, tired dog some water when I picked up my food). Food-wise, they have a nice assortment of pierogi on their menu (including lots of vegetarian options). I am glad I m
So happy I stopped by after hiking in wissahickon. Scarfed down the Broad St platter in minutes. Incredible comfort food post hike :)
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Stacker for myself. The flavors were really good, however my chicken was very overcooked. That made it hard to eat because with every bite I had to pull really hard to separate it. Unfortunately this was my first time ordering a sandwich from here so my first impression o
The paczki were absolutely delicious! The pierogi were pretty good too. The kielbasa was gross though. It was crispy and crunchy like bacon, I’m guessing from being microwaved.
If you like pierogies and you have yet to try this place than I may question how much you REALLY LIKE PIEROGIES....
Definitely did not disappoint. A wide selection of pierogies to choose from. Loved the philly cheese steak and cheddar and potatoes pierogies. The also have other polish staple foods. I will defin be back again to pick up some pierogies before I head back to my family's home in central Pa for the ho
Takeout location. The perogie were delicious! Some non standard flavors, but they tasted great. Good buy for Christmas.
