Hands-down the best local breakfast spot for a quick, casual bite to eat. I personally love their Classic BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese) steamer. That paired with a nice cup of their freshly brewed joe makes for the perfect weekend brunch. Moreover, the staff is always very warm and inviting. Not to mention the very reasonable prices! I highly recommend visiting here if you haven't already :)

Friendly staff and great eats. My egg, ham and cheese on a brioche bun breakfast sandwich was beyond tasty!! Kinda Reminiscent of a pretzel bun. The sandwich was well seasoned with simply salt/pepper, it soo soft and fluffy, honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. My vanilla latte was tasty as well. I'll definitely be back with my hubby to just sit and hang out. Outdoor seating is available. Perfect for the fall weather.

Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, incredible coffee and food. I have yet to not have an enjoyable experience. The staff is more than kind and accommodating. This is how every coffee shop should operate. I go here for all of my coffee dates. I undoubtedly appreciate the fact that the art of taking care of the customer is alive and well here.

Just dashed in to fill a breakfast need for my kid en route to day camp and was blown away by what I thought would be an unremarkable sesame bagel with butter. It was toasted to PERFECTION and buttered exquisitely. I practically ate half of my child's breakfast, I couldn't help myself. 💯 going back for more bagels & bread. Also got a chocolate chip cookie that felt like a brick (in the best way) and was easily split between 3 people. The dining space is accessible and comfortable, the staff seemed to genuinely be engaged with customers and eachother. I don't pass through chestnut hill frequently but when I do this spot will be on the agenda.

We got the tuna melt and the veggies Chile when we were here. We were looking for something that left us satisfied but not stuffed and their menu fits that need pretty well. They specialize in their breads, which I am sure you will notice as soon as you walk in. It was clean, not over done in decorations, and had a cozy feel. I really liked it :)

My new to go place in my neighborhood! Food is great! Everything is fresh!! I like to go during the week when it's a little more quiet. Saturday's can be a little hectic but it's definitely worth it!

Awesome bakery! They have all kinds of stuff here, fresh breads, cookies, bagels, scones, and more. Everything is very good here. Believe me when I tell you they have the best grilled cheese you will ever eat here. I can't recommend it enough!

Excellent quality of service. It was so nice to see how the employees were so kind to the costumers but also to each other. One of them was new and the others were teaching him very kindly, with patience and dedication. A great environment for a coffe, tea, and/or sweet treat.

This was a hidden gem that I accidentally discovered while driving through the area. I’ve been here a few times and it’s a decent café. Their menu is pricey, but I guess it’s quality made ingredients. Their bread is baked fresh, though, I’ve never bought their loaves. I’ve only had their coffee, tea, and some dishes off the menu. I will note that their sticky bun is divine. Ask them to heat it up for you. I like that the coffee is self serve so you can always add more to your cup. They sell La Colombe for all you “Colombers” (I just made that up and I’m going with it). There’s plenty of seating whenever I go. It’s quiet so it’s perfect for getting work done or reading. They have pre-packaged sandwiches and salads for those on-the-go and need a quick bite. The place is clean and bright. I also enjoy the easy listening music they play; usually a jazz station. It’s a cute space. Love the sky window that brings in a lot of natural light in the back.

I gave this place a try today. The coffee was top notch, and I’m picky. Friendly staff, great location and a bright setting. I got a pastry that was really good and brought home a loaf of very good sour dough too. Heads up - they don’t have wifi, so prepare to hotspot if you have work to do.

Everything is very good with large portions. Indoor and outdoor tables are too limited for the demand.
