Good food and service every time. Never had a problem always greeted with a friendly heĺlo.
Prices are pretty good and love the atmosphere will recommend Taylor's Cafe to my family and friends as a to go place for good grub.

Highly recommend the green eggs (waffle topped with thin layer of cheese, pesto and a sunny-side egg) and asparagus on the side. Kid friendly too!
Since moving back from California, I've been searching for the perfect restaurant (took almost 2 years!) Taylor's opened last November. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh, fresh food, high grade beef, delicious coffee, excellent service. I could go on and on. Beautiful and simple decor. Very clean! good music and quiet acoustics. Only breakfast and lunch right now, but they are opening for dinners soon. They have the best breakfast in philadelphia. There is parking behind and across the street from East River bank. Nice little kids menu too. Sooooo good! Perfect for Mother's Day.

Our first time here and what a great experience. Justin took care of us and was friendly and personable. Really down to earth. Made great food recommendations and knew about all the dishes we had questions about. The menu is very extensive for breakfast and brings a wonderfully unique touch. Happy to find a Philly restaurant that has ham! Out dishes came out fast and cooked exactly as ordered, but more importantly cooked perfectly. Runny poached egg on my Benedict Taylor, nicely charred Canadian Bacon and a tasty bread underneath. Fresh sized OJ was one of the best I've had. Very little pulp and delicious. A great breakfast spot we'll be coming back to
I just moved to Philly and came here with my boyfriend and it was a perfect brunch experience. Our server (can’t remember his name!) was so attentive and kind and gave us suggestions. Everyone else was so friendly! Will definitely be coming back 😊
My mom used to work here and I would come all the time as a child. Now I'm about to turn 40 and though the interior has changed the experience was still really nice. And it was great seeing Adam. He used to make me a hamburger before they started serving lunch, I felt like a king.

I gave the restaurant 4 stars because I have to eat there at least 2 more times and be satisfied. But the service was great, the french toast I had was great! Look forward to going again.
This place is awesome. I love the modern atmosphere of this place and I have not eaten anything that I haven't liked. Today I had the 4 egg pizza which was definitely my favorite item I've had so far. My girlfriend had the double breakfast burrito which was also really good. I highly recommend this place! Oh and the service is great!
The service was fantastic! Great team work! You heard everyone talking and communicating. It was really nice to see snd hear actually. They gave us paper and crayons and let us draw and color. My daughter loved the Mickey Mouse pancakes ( they do come with choc chips melted ontop but do not mention it in the the menu. Just a warning for other parents with picky eaters!! I feel like the portions were huge and the prices were really great. Loved it! This is just based on our breakfast experience!
Great, no frills spot for a delicious brunch on a Saturday in Roxborough after a hike in the Wiss. Don’t sleep on the hash browns! Garlic buttery goodness.
Worked here back in 1984-1987. Adam and Keith, brothers still there. Breakfast was great. Prices still reasonable. Service was good too.
Decent breakfast place. Service was nice and quick. There’s a counter to sit at and the whole place is bigger than expected for table seating. I’d stick with the classics here. Coffee was great, la colombe brewed!
I always stop at Taylor's when I'm in the area. The food is consistently good, and the servings are large. If they were open for dinner, I'd also be back for that on occasion 😋
I really need to post this one. Our waitress Jamie was 100% on point at Taylor’s diner. Our first time there and she made the experience memorable! Not the super best ambience but still great. We will be back no doubt thank you Jamie you are the BEST!!! Nice place low key just what we were looking for. Also food was good. Super happy we found this place when we are in town we will be there. Again best wishes Jamie on your studies..
