The phos are good and filling, tasty broth and very good price to quality ratio. I think they have the cheapest summer rolls I've ever had and they're good quality too. But it's their iced Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk that's superb. Staff very friendly. Restaurant itself a bit old/dated, not a big problem.

God Bless Pho 20 😩❤️❤️ Their broken rice dish with grilled pork SLAPPED! It’s my first time trying their banh mi, and THEY WERE GENEROUS with how much meat they gave!! Last time I had a banh mi from Chinatown, it was like 50% bread

If you're in the mood for good Vietnamese food, you need to give this place a try. Service was friendly and fast. The special pho was tasty just like mom's cooking. The portion was huge. The special broken rice dish had enough amount of everything. This was the most tasty rice dish I've had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and service! I went here a few years back and haven't forgotten them since. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. I was driving back up to NY from Baltimore and decided to break the trip in half by making a stop for dinner here. So glad I did! I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my meal. Portions are pretty large too so I had some food to take with me.

Loved everything about this Pho restaurant. Friendly staff, great service! The Pho broth was so beefy and flavorful without being overly greasy. They gave you plenty of meat, tendon, and tripe. Summer rolls were big and the peanut sauce was excellent. The thai iced tea wasn't overly sweet and definitely hit the spot. The food came out pretty fast also. Wish we lived closer so we could go back and try their other items. Tables and utensils were clean and there wasn't much to worry about. Parking can be difficult as this is chinatown. We had to drive around for 15-20 minutes and luckily found parking. 2 hour metered parking.

Got the pho đặc biet and it was amazing. Perfect broth, noodles, and the most tender meats. It’s so hard to find good soft tendon around Philly sometimes, but they nailed it. My partner got the broken noodle pork chop dish (added a little side of broth) and she said it might be her new #1 in all of Philly which is saying a lot… it was flavorful and melt in your mouth tender. We were so surprised it beat all our favorites! We’ll be regulars for sure

Ok, let's be real I don't often give out 5 stars. When this place was recommended to me for it's banh mi , I was like sure I'll give it a try. Well!!!! This is was one of the best banh mi's I have had in my life. The pork was tender, so flavorful, had the perfect amount of carrots and radishes, perfect seasoning, and crunchy bread that was not hard to chew. Omg! It was soooo good. I should have taken one home with me. I also had spring rolls, they were tasty. But the pork banh mi, that is something to write home about. The staff were super friendly, attentive and kind.

Cheap, quick, and good pho. Since covid I feel like portion got much smaller. But the food is still very delicious and full of flavor. For To go if you get pho you only get half a quart of soup. The Bahn mi is also very slim so there isn't as much as I remembered.

My favorite pho in Philly Chinatown. Highly recommend their fruit smoothies and banh mi as well. Sometimes I buy just their broth- it is so good!!!!!! Homey atmosphere and very kind servers. Bbq pork summer rolls are also a must, fyi.

I was craving some Pho, so I found Pho 20 on google maps and headed over. The staff were friendly and prompt. I really enjoyed my Pho and beef noodles. Both dishes were delicious and the hit the spot. It was a cozy venue and I would definitely come here again when I’m in the mood for some Vietnamese cuisine.

Ordered delivery everything was amazing other than the shrimp summer rolls. Shrimp were cut in half so out of two rolls there was two pieces of shrimp total and the lettuce was old and black in some places

The food was a beautiful and tasty! The Vietnamese crepe was unbelievable! I've had the same dish before at another restaurant I loved it and this was even better! My only wish was that there was little more shrimp in it. But the flavor of the crape itself and all of the fresh mint and veggies was super good. The vermicelli was also very good but not as impressive to me. The person who served me was absolutely delightful and kind and sweet and helpful. She was surprised at my order but very kind about it. The TV was annoying but when I asked they gladly turned it off. I will say that there's a limited number of chairs more booths. With someone with disabilities the chairs are more comfortable. They were willing to see me at a longer table with a chair. But this could be inconvenient at busy times for disabled people eating alone. Overall really great!

Fantastic spring rolls and even better brisket/tripe phó. Easy to get to location as well. Went home with a bubble lychee tea, which was delicious.
