I just got to the latham in Philly, it's raining cats and dogs outside. I just arrived here and was not expecting rain. I notice/see that there's complementary umbrella's in the lobby for use by patrons. I was greeted warmly, checked in promptly. I get situated in my room and go back downstairs
The location is great, the beds are comfy, and while it is a bit expensive it is definitely worth it. The staff is very friend and welcoming, especially Nicole Nisbett, who I witnessed calm down an unhappy guest in the nicest way possible. I would stay here again.
I stayed at The Latham when I was in Philly for about 4 days. I had a great experience. It's a Nice hotel with a very helpful & friendly staff and would definitely stay there again.
We stayed here while our son was having heart surgery at at CHOP. The service was exceptional. They really made to feel at home.
