Just came here for brunch with my boyfriend. The crispy squid salad and avocado toast were drool worthy. The manager Sonia was very knowledgeable and hospitable. She made an excellent wine recommendation .

Ayo! I had to check out philly’s new kids on the seafood block! This place feels like home 🏡. Wonderfully greeted at the door all the way to the bar! And of course come dressed as you are! My bartender Max was very attentive and informative of the dope simple yet sleek menu. Then menu is comprised of some of the chefs keys favorites of seafood with a bit of “heat”. I ordered the oysters that’s were straight frm the Chesapeake And MEATY 💪🏼; and clams that were the sweetest clams I’ve had in a long tim. If your a big seafood eater; sweet clams are hard to find 🤷🏻‍♂️. The mussels were absolutely amazing and really felt like the chef 👨🏻‍🍳 was showing off his unique idea of adding up to the heat. The mussels are very meaty and soaked in a homemade Thai chili with cilantro and parsley with a twist of peanuts! When i tell u it’s a sweet unique taste with a slick heat waiting for u at the end it’s amazing! I also ordered the death winter 🥶 which is a bourbon 🥃 (bourbon lover!) based drink with lemon maple syrup and maraschino liquor and jalapeño! This drink was fire 🔥 as in really really good! Lol 😂. If your ever in the fishtown area? Whether it’s for happy hour or dinner 🍽 and wanna try something new and unique with spice! Check out @aetherfishtown you won’t be disappointed! 🙌🏼😋🍽

Finally gave this place a try. I went here with my girlfriend for a lovely date night, and boy was it lovely. The atmosphere is elegant and rustic with modern, tasteful decor. The service was extraordinary, Brian did an amazing job catering to our needs and helping us make our decisions with his insightful suggestions. The cocktails are fantastic and perfectly crafted. But the food is what made the experience. My girlfriend is a pescatarian and she had a field day here. We started with the crab toast. The bread was perfectly fluffy, buttery, and crispy and the crab was citrusy and refreshing. The hamachi sashimi was prepared exquisitely and served as an excellent transition into the heavier parts of our meal. The Spanish octopus with shrimp chorizo might have been our favorite, with every element working harmoniously to bring out the incredible flavors of Spain, and the octopus was perfectly cooked, which we are extremely picky about. We split the fried Bronzino for our entree, and Brian recommended swapping out the pork sauce with the mussel sauce to accommodate my girlfriend’s diet. It was incredible. The fish cane right off the bone with just a fork and we ate every bit of it. We finished off with a lemon meringue Napoleon that blew us away. This place really lived up to its price point and we can’t wait to make it our unofficial date night spot.

A Great meal from an awesome spot. Did the Beef Tartare, Ceviche, and Shrimp toast as starters all delicious and full of flavor. Bronzino and the Trout were excellent. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Food: I didn't eat a full dinner here but had small bites.. The waffle fries were pretty amazing and the brussels sprouts.. well you can't really go wrong with those Drinks: Cocktails are delicious Vibe / Ambiance: Place is beautiful, sat at the bar. Really miss the aesthetics of NYC / Philly restaurants now that I'm not on the East Coast...

Went once for a celebratory dinner and then back again recently for happy hour. Both great, but the happy hour is particularly satisfying given the bang-for-buck value. Classic cocktails and good wines for $8, surprising range of snacks for under $10, and in a beautiful space. Bartenders were attentive and friendly, and let us chime in on a new cocktail they were testing. Will definitely be back!
