A little downtrodden and old for a Starbucks, but the staff were super-friendly. Only one community table and lots of bar-height ledges along the windows. It's across the street from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, so very convenient location.
This will always be my favorite Starbucks forever and ever. We often frequented this location and 8 or 9 out of 10 recommend! The staff are friendly, funny, and interested in conversation when able with customers. I’ve watched the manager or lead go out of their way to keep customers best interest in mind and also try to provide help to homeless guests with humbleness. I’ve only encountered very rare instances where a drink or order was incorrect or was given an attitude, but I didn’t see these workers there for very long. I’ve moved and miss miss miss my weekly (or few times a week) stop at this location!
The baristas are all very friendly and always get my order right. They tend to get crowded but the line always moves quickly even with people ordering ahead with their apps. It is clean and has window seating looking onto both Broad and Pine streets with a few tables also.
The staff was very friendly, smiling faces and wonderful etiquette.
The atmosphere was welcoming and soothing.
Also, best tasting Starbucks out of any other that I've had
I prefer supporting a small independent, but this place has reliably good coffee, so what’s a girl to do? If the little guys didn’t have burnt smeling coffee, I’d go there.
I was in Starbucks this morning and how hot to heat English breakfast and it was really great music was Great in there. The Barista that waited on me was very nice Anne Curtis enjoyed my little stay at Starbucks today.
Starbucks is a nice place to make a short stop for a cup of coffee or similar (coffee moca or else) but the place at Broad & Pine now only has high chairs that I don't like (just personal preference)
The staff is some of the best in the city, super friendly.
I go out of my way to get to this store instead of closer ones because they know exactly what i want and usually make good suggestions when i don't.
Generally a very relaxed environment in this Starbucks.
Gentle music, calm crowd, little noise, and lots of seating. Standard fare Starbuck's menu options.
Starbucks service and reliability is remarkable and a welcome change from attitude. A great cup of fresh coffee for under $2 is the reality, and a registered Starbucks Card means free refills.
Service is OK. There is room to sit down and even work if you need so. It was a bit dirty when I went, on Sunday morning, and they had run out of most of the breakfast trays.
Always making decent latte's. They also are fond of creating new latte flavors off the cuff. Plus, it's always service with a big smile.
Nice quiet spot close to downtown great workers quick with your order and they greet you when you come in I can recommend that it's a little place to get away for a hr before returning to life
