Awesome feel to this shop. Great location off Broad Street in an epic and iconic piece of Philly history. Staff are really kind and respectful. Service was speedy and ordering was easy and accurate. I think the space is one of the better spaces I have been in with a Starbucks. Philly has some sweet venues for the Starbucks product and ambiance.
Not just another Starbucks. Great ambience, location and most importantly friendly service. I was adventurous in my order and was given the assurance that they'd be happy to get me something else if it didn't meet my expectations. This is how you enhance customer experience. The seating could be a little more spacious and comfortable. But this location is great whether you want to work, read one of their NYT or WSJ newspapers or just lounge.
This isn’t my usual coffee spot in the city, but I do enjoy their Caramel Brûlée Latte! Their menu is extensive and their service is super friendly. Additionally, this location is ideal for just sipping on coffee and using their complimentary WiFi. Students from The University of the Arts frequent this place as well as the usual IPad/MacBook toting types. Starbucks isn’t the absolute best for coffee but it’s a reliable standby and the prices aren’t too bad. I doubt that that information comes as a surprise to many people as there are few people left who aren’t familiar with Starbucks.
I love Starbucks because the service is great the Baristas are very nice and professional, also, their coffees snd teas are great too. Starbucks also has delicious cakes , cookies and breakfasy sandwhiches. I want to wish everyone at Starbucks a very Happy Thanks Giving and also Happy Holidays🎅🎄🎁🎑☕🍵🍩🍮🍪🍯🍶
Went here before seeing the Book of Mormon at the academy of music and it’s good as Starbucks generally is! I recommend the java chip Frappuccinos and the chocolate chip croissants!
Barista are kind and help me ..also kinda quiet..really nice they also sell syrup and halloween cards ~~ yay i wanna go again

Love some Starbucks though it's expensive in comparison it's worth the money
They need to close down for an entire week for some intense customer service training and a deep cleaning of the rest rooms oh and get the Wifi hooked back up this location is mess!!

The lines are to long first thing in the morning! They need more help!
