Love the Pretzel Factory but was a little upset today I ordered 2 Cheese hot dogs and when I got home I started eating mine and it had no cheese in it !!! But it was good I just dipped it some spicy mustard

Friendly staff. For an extra .15¢ each, can get the pretzels individually wrapped. Great for bringing into the office.

Stopped in after work just a few mins after the store opened at 6am. The female name Alexis was very welcoming and didn't have a problem with me asking her questions about something I wanted to order. Very much appreciated. Way better experience than I had at a few other locations. Thanks Alexis😎

Convenient , great service, and good prices

Woman at counter was very pleasant. Ordered shamrock pretzels for next day and gave her a certain time not realizing I had to take someone for a dr appointment and needed to change the pick up time. She changed the time immediately and thanked me for calling. Would recommend this place.

Reminds me of center city street vendors selling pretzels. Only difference no car exhaust taste.

Small store, but very convenient for the location. They have a good selection of different pretzels and sauces or mustards, and cheese. I love the cinnamon pretzels work the frosting! So good for that sweet tooth. The regular pretzels are good, and the prices are very reasonable.

I really like the different things they make with the pretzels. The cheese steak ones are my favorite. I really like the nuggets and melted cheddar cheese. Damn they are so good when you got the munchies. All in all great place to get your eat on
