Win: The RIBS were hands down the best I’ve had. With a mix of mild and hot sauces the tender ribs were a delight to enjoy. Definitely worth having a slab to take home again.
Neutral: I had the Collards, which were a balance of savory and sweet. Meat free. They were also chopped really fine tho.
Loss: The Mac and cheese was sub par and way too busy. It was like a pasteurized process orange cheese seasoning (butter) and unknown noodle mix of sorts.
Those ribs deserve a straightforward no frills classic Sunday dinner baked Mac and cheese (milk, egg, butter, macaroni, cubes or grated cheese)
So it's been a number of years since I ate here. The sauce still has that same one of a kind flavor. The beef ribs were rather dry, the chicken was a bit burnt, and the mac needs to go back to the original recipe. Overall, I was both impressed with the flavor being so unique yet disappointed by the quality of the food itself declining. I get it, times change and with that recipes may need to be adjusted accordingly. But maybe the recipe needs to get back to the basics on the sides at least and take it from there with the rest of the menu.
Also, this is the most unbiased opinion I can give despite being the great nephew of the owner himself. Keep up the good work uncle Luther. Take this with a grain of salt and we'll talk strictly business when we get a chance.
First time ordering. The food was delicious 😋 and more than enough. I ordered 2 slices of sweet potato pie for dessert, and I hoped to be just as satisfied, but WTH is this. Looks more like a slice and a half
The corn bread looked like it wasn’t good but when I bit a piece I was like yes siiiiirrrrrr! Yams was good. Ribs were good. They know what they’re doing in there. Little expensive but it was worth it.
I wish I took a picture but we are it too fast 😔 Lol it was delicious 😋🤤 and I never heard about it my husband kept mentioning this place that the meat falls off the bone am not a rib eater much I don't like food in between my teeth but it was perfect next time I have to get more
Very good, ribs were nice and tender. BBQ was really good, had a spice to it. The max and cheese was pretty good. The cornbread is slammminnn. The greens were waaaay too salty. I couldn’t finish them :( 4 stars because of the greens, the fact that I had to purchase the BBQ sauce separately and a few of the ribs had some burnt parts. Overall I’d eat here again
We have been ordering from this place for the last couple of years…beyond amazing food …I recently learned we can order straight from them and not on Uber or other sites …the orders are always on point and amazing!!! Me & My Wife were always talking about getting something to eat from here everytime we walked by, mind you we've lived on 5th Street for almost 3yrs. I'll tell you what, i regret not stopping in sooner. The ribs were Delicious, the Mac & Cheese amazing, & Sweet Potatoes were Awesome, & the CornBread was Scrumptious, The menu may be a little bit pricey, but it sure is worth it. I almost didn't take the pic of our meal, it was so good! So if you're in the area stop on by, You will definitely not regret it! Staff is Super Friendly, Helpful, & Respectful. Best plate of Ribs I've had in my whole 48 yrs of my Life! That's how Good it was!!! Ribs-R-Us deserves more than five Stars! I am so looking forward to our next visit!

Just ordered the shrimp/pork platter with the mac n cheese & yams and it’s been 30 mins and my taste buds are still savored. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Don’t think about NOT trying, this place is a must!!! Ribs were so tender a grandma with just gums could chow down! Yams were so flavorful, I’m heartbroken I only got one. I’ll definitely be a regular now.
You will not be sorry you ordered from Ribs R Us. Try the potato salad and greens with your rib platter. I can't wait to order from here again!

My ribs were so delicious the sauce is everything my potato salad was good not many places make good potato salad and my corn on the cob was my only issue it was plain no butter no taste overall I was satisfied and would definitely order again!
Ribs were tender falling off the bone. Side orders were delicious. Pound cake was very good.
Take out place. The ribs are the star of the show here! So tender and delicious. The sauce is mouth watering; smokey and tart with a vinegar base, and just the tiniest bit spicy.
The sweet potatoes are really sweet and a real treat.
Losing one star because everything is packed in styrofoam. The packing of the bag was a careless mess.

Was scared to purchase because of the reviews…. But babbby where do I start… the ribs are to die for they literally melt in your mouth with the perfect sauce to compliment it lawdd.. Mac and cheese had a great taste.. mama said don’t try nobody potato salad and I did and it was delicious.. cornbread sweet like I eat mine string beans flavored to perfection will definitely come back I order off Ubereats food arrived still hot… I love this place
Collard greens is off the chain macaroni cheese outstanding I am not too crazy about people's potato salad, but this here, piceless. Also to cornbread dynamite.
I got the beef ribbed platter and half a chicken which were pretty good and the greens were great sweet potatoes are for the people who like really sweet
Ordered this place for take out on ubereats and I am impressed with how awesome it was. Ordered a full rack and cornbread and both were amazing. The cornbread was moist and packed with flavor and the ribs were coming clean off and were juicy. The ribs are on the sweet side if you like them sweet. Highly recommend.
