I'm seriously in love with this reliable gem of a BYOB called Apricot Stone! ❤️ It's intimate and perfect for a date night or a friend's group dinner. This is Mediterranean cuisine done right. It's cozy, fun, and affordable. ✨ All of that food you saw is their "dinner for 2" tasting that's only $85. Not per person, $85 total! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Apricot Stone has really high quality food. It’s very cozy Armenian restaurant on Northern Liberty area. I had hot appetizers spanakopita and kibbeh kufteh. They were really tasty, especially kibbeh kufteh was incredible. I ordered one more because I liked it so much. I had luleh kebab as a main course. It came with white rice, choose of two sides, grilled red pepper and pita bread. I chose lebni and muhamara for sides. Lebni was ok but muhamara was so delicious. Luleh kebab was great also. I got gatnabur as a desert and I liked it. It was Armenian style rice pudding. The restaurant is BYOB and the atmosphere is really nice. They have outdoor dining options also. Service was good and their prices were reasonable. I definitely recommend!

I’m a big fan of Mediterranean food, and I’ve tried many Mediterranean restaurants. Apricot stone just became my favorite Mediterranean restaurant! It’s a small but cozy BYOB place, service was very attentive. I highly recommend the trio for dips. I was there twice last week, both time we ordered trio - just get the first three dips on the menu, you won’t be disappointed! The roasted pepper with walnut is to dye for! Their falafel is flavorful and crispy, nice texture. Grape leaves has a nice balance of sweetness and sourness. I was not a big fan of their cheese dishes though. Personally, I think this place has good quality of food as Suraya without the ridiculously high price. Definitely recommend this place!

Great food and environment. Outdoor seating was cute and quaint. There's Christmas lights in the hall of the outdoor seating, on a cute street. As for the food, we got the taster menu along with the manti. The manti was pretty good, the hummus came with hard pita (I think I prefer soft pita). The hummus itself also didn't have a ton of flavor. I also prefer a chunkier hummus. The best thing we got was the steak kabobs. Those steak kabobs with perfectly cooked and tender. I haven't had kabobs that were actually good, so I was surprised and happy this place had such good steak kabobs. The rice pilaf also was amazing. For the service, they were fantastic. Checked in just enough, and was helpful when ordering. The waitress was clean and put together, and guided us through our meal. Overall, a great neighborhood restaurant with a relaxed environment. Probably a good spot for large parties.

The atmosphere of this area of Philly is a huge selling point. This small Greek restaurant is doing 2x its business on the charming sidewalk. It's a must go for dinner before enjoying the rest of the neighborhood. I had the Greek salad, reasonably priced and delicious. It's BYOB like most of the places in the area!!

My favorite restaurant in the city.. everything is handled with care and cooked with love. You can tell how thoughtful the recipes are with the dynamic bursts of flavor. Apricot Stone is forever a gem.

This place is the BEST. Such a good sneaky find in Philly. The atmosphere is warm and quaint with good music and rich, delicious food. It was good to have some authentic Armenian food again !! (I’m still biased towards my Armenian grandmothers cookie, but this was a CLOSE second 🤤) The waitresses are so lovely and everyone feels like family here. I will for sure be coming back :)

Loved our meal here! Kind, attentive service (checked on our guest with a food allergy throughout the meal) and delicious food. Loved the grilled cheese and grape leaves appetizers, and the fettoush with steak. Will be back!

Amazing food perfect for a casual date night. Made reservations on a Friday night, originally sat inside but we decided it was a bit too tight inside so we asked to be switched outdoors which was perfect even on an early November night with the space heaters next to each table. We got the $85 set menu and were stuffed even before the skewer entrees made it to the table. Everything from the stuffed grape leaves to the mezze’s were delicious and delivered in a timely matter. The lamb and chicken skewers were grilled perfectly and the baklava to finish off was perfect. Set menu is definitely a great value for two along with it being BYOB restaurant. Highly recommended and location is perfect and easily walkable to other restaurants/bars if you’re in the mood for a nightcap.

Absolutely killer food, with great attention paid to allergies and sensitivities. Been here twice now, a year apart, and it's been a great time each time. I reccomend calling ahead for a table, as it's popular, but can't reccomend the food enough. Sharing small plates and appetizers is a great way to try a little bit of everything, and we fed four folks for less than a hundred bucks. It is BYO, so I reccomend swinging by one of the many nearby craft beer stores on the way.
