Everything was so tasty. Best chicken and garlic sauce hands down. And if you like it a bit more spicy. They will do it for you.

the boneless spare ribs are literally the best i’ve ever had, and i’ve tried them at a LOT of different places in this city. real quality meat and so flavorful!
The key is to order the food they make well. They have great service and are great to speak with on the phone.

Their soups and rolls are made from scratch and delicious. The wonton soup is the best I've ever had..really tender, full wontons and a deeply flavored
I've been a patron of Happy Dragon for years, we took our kids when they were young to their Whitman Plaza restaurant, before this one. The food has always been delicious, the service always amazing. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Food is fresh. I give 4 stars to happy dragon because all take out chinese restaurants food seem to be the same. All coming out of the same box. Beat you hope for is that they dont keep & re- fry their food too much & keep it clean.
