Working a grueling 12hr shift at the hospital on a rainy day, it was bliss to know a Starbucks was near for a boost and to my surprise, I found a gem in this one!
Story-time: I went in with big bright eyes looking for the drink with the most espresso to wake me up from my 3pm crash and I saw on the menu “ Cinnamon Carmel Cream Cold Brew”, sounds delightful right?!?! Well, I was terribly wrong!
I ordered that drink with a shot of espresso in it to add some flair and my initial sip landed a mouth full of bitter tartiness that was SO hard to swallow. Luckily, my awesome Barista, Jenn, noticed my dismay and inquired about my thoughts on the drink.
At first, I fibbed and told her it was great and I just needed maybe a cup of ice to water the taste down. She gave me ice but knew that wouldn’t do. She kindly offered to me make me another drink if I wasn’t satisfied so that I would be happy and I shared with her my two “go-to drinks” are Vanilla Bean Frap and Carmel Macchiato. She decided to give me something in the middle that she calls a “Cafe Vanilla” and it was Amazing with Carmel drizzle and whip cream, yum! To say the least, it tasted AMAZING and I left happy as a camper!
This Starbucks gets 5 Stars for Customer Service and Jenn the Barista is awesome, thanks Starbucks!
Staff at this location are always super friendly and kind. Barista today offered to remake my drink because I was an hour late picking it up due to the ICU getting a little chaotic. Was a very nice spontaneous gesture.
My coworkers and I go to this Starbucks daily and we all love Ching! He always puts a smile on our faces, even if we are just quickly running in to grab a mobile order. Service is always very fast, even when there are a lot of orders and the storefront is very clean for a high traffic area.
Even during a 7am rush, the entire staff was extremely polite and kind, greeting regulars and working very efficiently. Maya was so bright and made my morning better! I always love coming to this Starbucks
Today I was greeted by Rick as soon as I entered. He was so polite and courteous and put a personal touch on each transaction I witnessed, including mine. Great customer service is even more important these days than ever and Rick left a positive mark on my day. Great job.
Order is always correct and made on time. Great service.
Although it was crowded when I went, I barely waited in line and my iced latte was made quickly and to perfection. Additionally I lost my keys and a staff member very kindly helped me dig in the trash to help me when I thought I threw them out. I later found my keys but I cannot thank the awesome staff at this location enough.
My favorite Starbucks in the city. The current staff there are wonderful, and can help you with anything you need. My most recent visit I had the displeasure of witnessing a particularly rude customer harass the staff over something that was not under their control. The staff didn't skip a beat, and handled the situation as calmly and patiently as possible without even losing the smiles on their faces. Exceptional customer service at this location really goes a long way for the brand overall.
Now I don’t do Starbucks, I go hard for some Dunkin’, but THIS Starbucks right HERE; Hospitality = 11/10. They offer excellent customer service & I noticed how diverse the staffing is, we love that over here. Thanks again for the Iced Americano. See you again!
Nice employees. I frequent the store because it's close my job so many of them know me by name. Yes, I'm black and they're nice to me but I also spend plenty money since I go semi consistently. Fast in house service since many people order pick up.

This is my go to Starbucks. But its like they have been off with the drinks and over heating bakery treats. Anyway my order is always wrong even when I do a mobile order I ask for vanilla cools foam they always give me regular whip cream I get a chocolate croissant it’s always over heated up. Over all the ppl are nice I just need y’all to get the orders together!
This Starbucks is my favorite. the employees management and my order is always on time. sometimes i am not sure what to order and I'll ask for a surprise and they don't disappoint. <3 other stores should take notes and visit this Starbucks =)
I don't frequent this place very often, but I like their coffee. I feel a little stupid sometimes when I do go in because I don't know how to order. It's weird to say give me a tall cup of coffee, instead of saying give me a small. My daughter loves their tea, but she was also confused on how to pick a regular hot tea large, she's 11, and is now in the habit of saying VENTI, Lol. Great place though.
This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I really appreciate the staff, they friendly and always go out of their way to please their customers.
The new layout keeps this store from getting a 5th star. The condiments station design was ill thought out. The sides of the holes for the trash are elevated which does not allow one to wipe off any spills and much of what you wish to discard ends up on the floor.
