A very nice place to treat oneself to an afternoon snack featuring freshly baked pretzels dating back to the old-style Philly pretzels those street vendors made popular during the mid-seventies. I still like to reminisce the days of old when visiting Center City and the smell of freshly baked pretzels filled the air, which brings me to the conclusion why the Philly Pretzel factory extends to all ages, especially those folks who enjoy the genuine taste of freshly baked pretzels. Pros: This location provides superior and friendly customer service, especially commending a young staff catering to a broad variety of customers. I enjoy the combined specials – which offer customers more bang for the buck. Wish List: I would like to see all Pretzel Factory chain stores offer patrons old-style fountain sodas to compliment their freshly baked pretzels.

My wife went in and purchased 6 pretzels for $3. As she left the store to get back in the car, she noticed a poster on the front window announcing a "sale" of 15 pretzels for $5. So, she went in and got 9 additional pretzels for a few buck. When she asked for a container of mustard, she was told that there would be a charge. My wife protested a bit then left without the mustard but also chose not to purchase a Root Beer that she was planning to buy with the additional pretzels. Just another day in Philly.
