Best sandwiches in NE Philly. Great service, staff is always friendly. My kids love the boneless wings and buffalo chicken cheesesteaks. All of their hoagies are awesome. Menu is very consistent. My go to place for take out.
Its decent hoagie wise , nothing to write home about . Nothing to really say about , it appears to be a store made roll and I believe that's where the let down started for me . But the ingredients were fresh and that wasn't missed . The roll is just more important for me .
Fresh Works is a must for their sandwiches and wings. I recommend the cheesesteak hoagie, Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, pork Italiano, roast beef & of course the wings that fall off of the bone. Consistently solid food at a great price. It’s a go to spot. We’ll be back again very soon.
My delievery driver Eric was so kind, i had just gotten out of the shower and didn’t have my cash in hand so he came in and placed my food on the table for me. I made sure i gave him a big tip 😋
I enjoyed the food but the guy who took my order wasn’t too pleasant.
The staff was really nice, they have the best rolls they are the harder type but a nice buttery flavor with fluffy inside. I think the sizes are like 5”, 10” for half, and 20” for full. There was good parking out front and the service was nice and fast! Last time we had them I ordered for a party of 20 and the people answering the phones helped me figure out every little thing I needed.
Every Wednesday there is a sale on hoagies! Depending on the day/time the parking lot is full because of the neighboring business. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The orders are always correct. Food is fresh, portions are generous!

Not a bad place to order a cheesesteak from every so often… the bread they use is pretty good to me… not to welcoming but times are hard for us all and can’t expect jolly cherry like service all the time
The Fresh Works Woodhaven is easily the takeout restaurant that I visit most frequently. The hoagies, grinders and cheesesteaks are to die for. I place my orders over the phone and pick up in the store so I always interact with the staff in person and I'm never disappointed. I always find the entire staff to be professional and accommodating... you can tell they really care about customer service. We've never gotten anything from The Fresh Works Woodhaven that we didn't like. When placing my orders I make sure to specify every single ingredient that I want/don't want and that seems to help in getting my orders right every time... hoagies are hard to order in my opinion because there are SO many options.
