Gasp, I having breakfast food for lunch (which always has made me feel guilty, like I'm breaking some rule ). I'm having a breakfast bowl -- a bowl lined with spinach leaves and then filled with your choice of eggs, cheese and meat. With it, I'm having a DE-licious cup of caramel apple cider. This place is located inside of a registered historical building, that originally serve as a school house back in probably the 1800s. It's cozy & small; it just has 3 tables for 4 and 2 tables for 2. They offer traditional breakfast and lunch items, all of which you can order at any time of day. And yes, the food is good!!

The food, service and atmosphere are scrumptious, warm and inviting. I am both able to have great meetings there as well as to get my work done with the accompaniment of marvelous cafe cuisine.

It's taken me 4 years to find a bakery that makes a cake that EVERYONE in my office goes loves. I've tried every yawn-worthy bakery in Center City, but when I brought in a Little Jimmie's Dark Chocolate cake... my office went wild! Everyone raved and not a crumb went uneaten. I've also tried the perfect, Sweet Potato Bread pudding, Chocolate Chips Cookies and the amazing Orange, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon pastry which I still have dreams about. The staff is also incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Everything about Little Jimmies Bakery is out of this world and I'm so proud to be a patron of their fine establishment.

The food is great, the ambience is fun, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is it can take a while to get your food cooked and out to you so I never go when I have a time crunch. If you want a leisurely delicious meal, this is the place for you.

I'd recommend guests to try out their Vegetarian Burrito! It's full of flavor and their guacamole is delectable. I have not tasted their bakery selection yet except for cupcake. The cupcake was overpriced and was not tasty at all.

The best service, coffee, cookies, tuna melt, and muffins (just listing my favorites, but there's many more baked goods choices). I go to this place for the cozy, clean environment, the music, the free wifi, and the most handsome waiter.

Good location. Outdoor seating in summer. They serve good desserts and coffee. 4 starts as I wish they had choices for vegetarian. Friendly staff and always welcoming. Artsy place and good ambience. Good place to visit with friends

Good chai lattes and pretty good panini. I love the backyard seating area, but wasn't thrilled when they heated my chocolate croissant in the microwave and made it mushy. It's all no pricier than Starbucks though and is probably cheaper. Overall, this is a cute coffee shop with a relatively large array of food on offer and a place that's easy to make a regular hangout.

I have lived in Mount Airy and Germantown since the late 60s. The building that is now Jimmie's had stood vacant and deteriorating since at least that time until Jimmie's occupied it. It has been very tastefully renovated and includes an illustrated history of this very old building and this part of The German Township. I love this place--the coffee and espresso are excellent as are the pastries, baked goods and extensive offerings of gourmet sandwiches. Never had anything there that I didn't thoroughly enjoy. I also draws a very interesting clientele. I've had great conversations with many patrons I just happened to enter into chats with. Proprietor Jimmie Reed is a sterling man and welcoming host who cares deeply about the community as well.

Stopped in to use a gift card and purchased a few sweets. Everything seemed pretty great to me. Keeping Mt. Airy locally owned and operated is pretty great too. If I drank coffee still, this is where I would go, alongside High Point.

Love it here! Wifi, good food, good coffee, all in a school-house-turned-bakery! (And the building has historic significance as well as outdoor seating for nice days or when you have your four-legged friend with you!)

Awesome bakery in Northwest Philly. Just did a birthday cake for our daughter's 2 year birthday party. Cake was perfect - moist, yet light. The decoration was great and she loved it. Also, the cinnamon poundcake is a must.
