The Institute - Philadelphia - Photo album

Was visiting the city and found a cute little restaurant that had games for the table to play. Was not expecting the food to taste so good but OMG. Both myself and my friend finishes our meals. Service was great. The two bartenders were taking care of the whole restaurant and it was just an overall
The street corn nachos were hands down yummy. The chips were light. The cheese was not traditional but very tasty. The street corn was grilled to perfection, and the sauce used was on point, just wish there was a little more of it. All this combined, resulted in creating a well-balanced, in taste,
The food was very good and they have a great variety of craft beers! I recommend Lone Eagle.
Great neighborhood joint with awesome people running the place. I’m insanely lucky to have a place open late that makes such incredible food. They always take care of us, always have something entertaining going on whether in conversation or on the tv. The drinks are excellent and strong. They also
The best pastrami sandwich I ate, ever ♥️ Tasty french fries. Great staff. Nice place.
Been here a few times so far and the brunch menu is really good! I've had the huevos San Lucas and rancheros and each are fantastic. Sides are good particularly the potato wedges, tho the pancakes could use a little more flavor. Good drink selection and great service, and the bar itself has a neat s
A perfect place to try innovative cocktails and delicious food! Kudos to the bartenders and chef. The relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff with great senses of humor made us feel right at home. During our four night stay in Philadelphia, we dined here twice and would come back again in a heartbeat
We chose this restaurant because it was in walking distance from our airbnb. It did not disappoint. Service was great and the food was even better. I picked this place also because my husband likes beer. Me not so much but they had a nice selection of hard ciders. I had the Downeast Pomegranate and
The bar tenders were all awesome. This was my first time back to Philly since college and we ended up staying at an AirBnB right above this place. It was an awesome spot to end the night, have a drink, and chat with the staff. Not sure when I’ll be back in the city, but will be stopping here when I
Stopped by this neat little place during my last trip to Philly. What a great find! Service was amazing. Food was yummy. Prices were reasonable. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
Mannnnnn listen I don't typically leave reviews BUT: Frank. Was. The. Truth. Super cool dude, very personable and def knows his beverages. Great atmosphere, love the jazz undertoned music and had a great time. 10/10 recommend.
Had a cool time at the Institute after hanging out at the Trestle Inn nearby. Food was a nice surprise and the bartender was lively. Would come back.
This place is very clean and the food was tasty. The menu is standard American cuisine. I had a cheeseburger and my friend had a fish sandwich. They were pretty good. Service was great.
Very nice waiters. Nice atmosphere. We're kind of late for dinner and they had the best of the attitude towards us. Affordable prices. So so food (perhaps the fact that it was late). Overall 7.5 points
Loved the service and ambience was good. The food from kitechen came out really quickly. Given this place was right around my airbnb place, it was a good find. Definitely a good place to hangout with friends.
I got lots of love for this place! I've known the owners for years, and actually worked at the old location for a good stretch. Food is on point, the chef is an interesting cat who knows his stuff. I had a blast with Mark and Mike and the buddies I brought with me. Go give them a hollar and tell the
They have only been open for 3 months so you can actually walk right in and be seated for brunch which ends at 3pm, unlike the other brunch places that have a 45 minute to 1 hour wait..Cocktails, wine and food are really good and I can imagine it will only get better!
Great selection of craft beers on tap and plenty more in cans. Quaint and clean spot with a great kitchen too! Will be back to try more.
