I enjoy having lunch in Ginza at noon, the oysters and sashimi are very fresh. I recommend everyone to try these two. The sea urchin is also very fresh and very tender and delicious. In addition, I think oyster and uni is served with a little bit of the sriracha hot sauce on the top. My husband can’t eat any spicy, we ask to not add it. The guy who helps us to order was very nice and patient!
I love this restaurant! The staffs are very friendly. Every time I take my family there, staff will patiently introduce us to food suitable for the elderly and children. The sashimi is very fresh, and I really likes the stir-fried udon and Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen...
This place offers the best quality sushi for its price. You can visit once or twice a week without breaking the bank. Big menu selections, from sushi to rice and noodles.
Great place to dine in for a sushi night out. I always get one signature roll and one classic salmon avocado roll. The Dynamite roll is good. Not super spicy but great flavor.
I feel very lucky that Ginza is our local sushi spot. One thing that always stands out for me is the quality of the fish they get. They always have o-toro and chu-toro and their king salmon is luxurious. The rolls are great, the oyster-uni spoon appetizer is always a must-have for my wife and I. We always have a good time at Ginza and would highly recommend you try it. Get the Prism Dream roll and the Twin Salmon roll.
This was our first time here, the location is neatly tucked away among all the other row houses. What stood out to me was the place was very contemporary and tight, reminding me of dining-in one of the restaurant in new york city.
Don’t let the tight space fools you, their food was very good. The sashimi combo was fresh, their selection of maki was great and hand roll was scrumptious. Definitely will come back for more and recommend this place to others.
I LOVE Ginza! My friends and I come here quite often and my go to is their salmon and uni bowl - fresh ingredients and yummy sushi rice! I also really like all of their appetizers! Must visit!
The dishes were truly a visual delight to this newcomer! There is an appetizer called raw oyster uni spoon which contains a Fresh oyster with salmon roe, uni and caviar. Being from the Barnegat Bay area I am used to a very high quality of clams and oysters. The dish did not disappoint- it was an explosion of flavor!
Some of the sashimi pieces were a bit large and unwieldy, especially the octopus, but overall, it had a variety of textures and flavors that were worthwhile. I think some rice or shredded radish would have been a welcome addition.
The menu at Ginza Sushi & Ramen is a culinary journey through the vibrant and diverse world of Japanese cuisine. The sushi offerings were a true highlight - the fish was incredibly fresh, and each piece was a work of art. The chef's skill was evident in every bite, and the creative combinations showcased a perfect balance of flavors.
The ramen options were equally impressive, with rich broths that hinted at hours of careful preparation. The noodles had the ideal texture, and the generous portions of toppings added layers of complexity to each bowl. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or a newcomer to the dish, Ginza is sure to leave you craving more.
Came here last Friday with my hubby and friend for dinner. We had the raw oysters, the oyster with uni, hamachi Kama, sashimi for 2 rolls which I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy stuffing my face with the appetizer. If you in the neighborhood and want to grab some sushi this is the place to stop by. The price is reasonable for the portion you get.
