A liquid nitrogen ice cream shop! So basically they have a liquid ice cream which is poured into a mixture and then liquid nitrogen gets incorporated in to make the ice cream solid. The ice cream texture is thicker, richer and chewier than your regular ice cream! Give it a try if you havent had this
