Torchwood provided lunch for my company of 18 people today and did an remarkable job. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and the care put into each dish was evident and impressive. They even labelled each item with the name of individual who ordered it (and a smiley face). You can tell this group of people value you their work and love what they do. Thank you, thank you!

I'm apt sitting across from Torch - Wood, and they've been feeding me for days; a friendly family business, with delicious & generously portioned prepared foods (currently enjoying their turkey avocado hoagie)!
The best sandwiches - we went twice on our visit to Philadelphia and were very happy customers! An amazing range of options and the amount of filling was generous. Service was great too, friendly and they went the extra mile. So good and would highly recommend!
I recently started a new job and I wanted to find places to eat around the area, so this place was the closest (literally a block away). I’ve read good reviews for this place so I wanted to give it a try and WOW. Their paninis are one of the best I’ve ever had. I had their BBQ chicken and Bacon Avocado Melt paninis and they were so delicious. The service was quite satisfactory and the staff there is very nice and will do all they can to satisfy your needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone grabbing a quick lunch for a very good price. I’ll definitely be getting lunch from this place quite frequently. I have no idea how this doesn’t have a 5 star rating!
I am so lucky to have this place near my house. The food is so good with so many choices. Service is friendly and fast. A quality family business that I look forward to supporting again and again.

This cafe is one of the most cozy and welcoming spots in Philly. I had the banana mango smoothie which was ice cold and packed with smooth blended fruit. I also ordered the egg spinach and tomato panini, served with sliced fruit *highly recommend*. The staff was kind and their service was swift and efficient. Torch-Wood Cafe effectively uses their small town charm to serve a big city. A true gem.
Ive gotten delivery from this shop a few times. Each time the sandwiches are fresh and delicious. They put fruit in the teas which makes them special. The potato salad is also very good.
So wonderful! Have ordered wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies from Torch Wood -- everything is delicious and so fresh! The staff is lovely, and they always accomodate my food allergies! :)
I would give 20 stars if I could. This is my FAVORITE spot to get lunch while at work. The chipotle chicken panini is the best thing ever made…my go to sandwich and this tropical smoothie is delicious. I’ve ordered multiple times and have been satisfied every time.
Stopped in for a quick breakfast and found a hidden gem! They have an impressive selection of paninis and other sandwiches. Their fresh fruit and smoothies were amazing!!
Absolutely EVERYONE who works at this cafe is a gem. If you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, stop in for a sandwich or smoothie and you’ll leave in better spirits - if not for the great food and drinks, then for the kind folks greeting you.
