Pictures and descriptions don't do their food justice. The steak inside out is so crunchy yet fluffy and filled with steak. I read an article that the owner cut back on hours and availability due to health. I wish you well. Thank you for the good food. It was unlike anything I ever tasted.
I started going to this place in 1977 when I was in 7th grade. First time I had Inside/out 🍕 Pizza I was hooked. No there's no seating there never was - just takeout. The pizza is worth the trip, I no longer live in South Philly so I call ahead jump on the 17 to Snyder 79 to 23rd St better yet walk the 2 1/2 blocks. I only get Inside/Out pizza but all of their food is good.
Inside outs are amazing! No use being salty about the appearance of the building/inside. Their kitchen is clean and all their food is really great! If they're open and I'm nearby, I HAVE to go!
Despite the entirely unassuming store front, the pizza here is awesome. I just ate four pieces it was so good. For the price, this is the best pizza I've had in my four years in Philly.
I called them for pick up and they had my order ready in fifteen minutes. They are cash only, so just make sure you have some on you.
To the owners, you guys rock! Maybe just consider updating those front windows a bit :-)
This place is the epitome of the phrase, "looks can be deceiving." I am truly sorry for those who are saying they would never step foot in this place, because they're missing out on some really good food. You cannot possibly go wrong with an inside out. Been eating them since I can remember, and make special stops every once in a while when I'm in the city and bring a bunch home.
They have the BEST inside outs anywhere. Once you try them you will never go anywhere else. Just wish they would open a little earlier.
I live in Florida now, but i still go there when I visit Philly for there inside outs, they're amazing. Been going there since 1983. I miss this place so much :(
Stopped here after school for years, and now I stop there after work. Best hand crafted pizza in philly. Only problem is one of the brothers is a PATS fan, LOL.

Love the pizza here, they even put up a new sign. So the outside doesn't look that great so what. Come in and get some damn good pizza!
Great selection of tasty inside-outs (fried turnovers). I try to stop here anytime I'm in the area.
