Our family loves their ice cream!! My daughter loves coming here because she likes to watch them mix the ice cream on the frozen block. The workers are all very friendly. My favorite is the apple a la mode. It tastes Iike apple pie and vanilla ice cream. My son always gets cookies overload. They really have good ice cream.
It’s great that they are allowing people to come back inside but the issue is however I wanted to tip(when you give them a tip there is a song that they chant) so I can give my niece a great unique experience as this was one of the differentiating factors of cold stone and they didn’t know the song 😵💫😂(it’s ok just make it apart of the training)
This Experience Was Amazing All of The workers were Attentive To their Customers Especially The lady that made my Ice cream. This Ice cream combination were Super Delicious with Strawberries, blueberries along with the chees cake Ice cream will definitely be coming back again 😋

They sell the best ice cream way better than ritas and the most fun part is when they let us pick our flavors keep up the good work

I come here once a week as a treat to myself. I love almonds in my ice cream and I always order the maximum amount that you can purchase. Staff is really good with mixing it well and very friendly. That’s why I always make sure I leave a nice tip. Thanks cold stone employees😊😊
~This was a spot that I knew couldn't disappoint after taking my mammadukes out to dinner across town to the utterly repugnant "Eatalia Byob." Upon entrance you immediately get a whiff of that glorious cake batter aroma; its almost as if one can eat the air & be sufficed.
The staff was hilarious & friendly as they would sing a jingle every time someone tipped. I chose to go all out, & get the "Gotta Have It" size with the jimmie-choco-dipped waffle bowl filled with that crack cake batter & mix-in of oreo crumbs. The creamy goodness of cold stone has always won me over & this location was no different.
The Don approves of this establishment & will be back~

I would frequently visit this store location during the summer months. This is a very popular neighborhood store. The lines would be long but the wait time for the line was surprisingly fast. The customer service is good, too!

I used to come to this location years ago in a weekly basis. Still good, but they are not letting anyone else inside. There are signs at door with menu items, and a young person at door taking orders. My suggestion do as I did do your order online, free of charge, self explanatory menu and easy to navigate. My oder was ready when I got there I spent a little extra time at line because the client in front of me did not know how or what to order. In reality it was my child's first time there and I wanted for her to have the full cold stone experience, but it wasn't possible for now. At least she enjoyed what she order. Her ice cream 🍦 cone was well packed. I was expecting a little mess but that didn't happen. PLS REMEMBER TO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. BETTER FOR YOU AND THE PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE BEHIND YOU. 😉
The seating arrangement is small but the ice cream as always is awesome 😋😍 that's across the board at the chain 💯
