Can't believe that it took me years to write this review. Maybe I was just too pampered with how DELICIOUS THEIR FOOD is? 100/10 RECOMMENDED! Very tasty food! Every single one in the menu IS BEYOND SCRUMPTIOUS! Either you are a native Indonesian (like me) or whatever beautiful people you are who love Indonesian food, this place will SATISFY YOUR TASTE BUDS TO THE MAX! Enak banget semuanyaaaa (Indonesian for: EVERYTHING IS JUST AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS)
The best Indonesian eatery in the city, in my opinion. I come here regularly for the nasi habibi. I like it spicy. Their platers are affordable and delicious. They accept card and even venmo! This is my favorite post-work take-out joint in South Philly. I highly recommend it.
Recommended. You can choose what you want. 3 dishes for $9 or 2 dishes for $8. Delicious and very yummy Indonesian food. Please try when you visit Philadelphia. This is the famous restaurant.

My new favorite place in the neighborhood. You'll be full of delicious food for $7 and have leftovers for $8. I'm new to Indonesian food but the flavors are amazing. Family owned and they take care of you like family. Small eating area but also great for to-go.
We did a take out order for lunch and the food was very good. We had the chicken curry with jasmine rice and jackfruit. We had the beef rendang and kale with rice. The food was very tasty and the price was very reasonable. The person who served us was very nice in explaining the different types of food. Glad we opted to try this restaurant!
Tasty authentic Indonesian establishment with an assortment of dishes. All specials are on display. Tastiest chilli sauce and home made. Family oriented business with friendly service. Great selection for vegans and meat eater's with low prices. Very fulling

Hidden gem...The staff friendly and always hospitable....but don't take my word for it try it and slow yourself a Indonesian foodie experience.
Excellent bang for your buck, I'm surprised I don't see more people in here. The portions are generous and the food tastes really good. My only complaint is that the food could be hotter.

I honestly don't understand how they sell such delicious homemade Indonesian cuisine at such an unbelievably affordable price. Huge portions and truly delicious food. I feel so lucky to have this place in my neighborhood.
Excellent! I walked into this restaurant for lunch and the employee working was very polite and helpful and immediately gave me a description of all of the food that they had that day (he explained that they menu rotates frequently). I got the combo special with two meats and rice for $7.50. I was tempted to go back and tell them how good it was.
Proprietor is a really sweet guy, and is happy to explain each dish on offer. Inexpensive and very tasty! 3 choice plate is the best option. My personal favorites are the spicy mackerel and the Tilapia. Decor is very basic. Ask for spicy peanuts on the side.

Offers cheap delicious Indonesian eats. Recommend the collard greens/kale. mackerel, beef curry, or beef rendang. (Pro)Portions are more traditional, so expect a high rice to protein ratio, but the food is so flavorful that it doesn't matter. Open 7 days a week.
