Order something late night after work for some employees and myself. 1:30AM 11/18/23. Chocolate jawn at the window, New York accent. She was on point. A credit to the establishment. Food was early afternoon quality yet she made the interaction easy and pleasant.
Wendy's left a positive impression on me with its friendly and courteous staff. The cleanliness of the washrooms and the cool interior added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was nothing short of awesome. A combination of great service, cleanliness, and delicious food makes Wendy's a place worth revisiting.
I’d have to say come in here sometimes could be a tossup, but today everyone in the front was amazing the young men and women did an amazing job and I would just like to think the young men and women who are seemingly in their late teens or early 20s. I just like to congratulate them on a really good customer service. From 5:55pm to around 6:30pm on 6.4.23.

Didn't have the food that we ordered but what we had was still good....Need more workers to work the counters .... clerk did a great job giving customer service....
Service and quality of the food wasn't a disappointment. The interior of the area, the kitchen area was very clean.
Clean location with friendly staff. The new salads were really tasty, pictures attached. Finishing off the meal with a frosty is the way to do it.
I was in the drive-thru and they came out and suggested that I could go into the lobby and get quicker service. And I did. And it was quicker, I think. Also I got a good deal on nuggets. But sadly, they had run out of Coke. Wow. No restaurant should ever let themselves run out of Coke. Smh. But besides that, it was pretty good.
It seems that all Wendy's scanners don't work. Every Wendy's I have gone to, I wanted to use my rewards or special offer on my mobile phone, and when I show the QR code it beeps but it doesn't come up on their screen. The cashiers are always nice and figure out how to give me the discount offer but it always becomes a back and forth discussion and it holds up the drive-through line. The manager at this Wendy's was nice and gave me my offer without any problems.
I never would’ve thought I would want to go out of my way to leave a review for a fast food spot but these people here are great! They are very professional and polite. My order comes out fresh every time. They have a great team here! Get everyone in there a raise ASAP!

I ordered off Uber eats and everything was perfect ! They got my order exactly correct, it was still fresh and hot, the spicy nuggets with the ghost pepper ranch were absolutely amazing. Usually I don’t go out here of my way to make reviews, but good job Wendy’s 👍
