I always love going to the NE Philly Pretzel Factory on Frankford Avenue. I went in and orders some pretzels, pretzel dogs and a couple drinks. You can purchase Philadelphia Water Ice in the store as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pretzels are always fresh and delicious.

Pretzels are always fresh. Love their dips.I find the employees to be quite friendly and good employees.

The associates are quick, professional & they make sure you leave this store happy 😊

Walked in bought warm soft pretzels and left. It was a superior philadelphia culinary experience. Should be on everyone's bucket list.

The customer service was fantastic today as I came in for their 25th anniversary!! I got pretzels & a pretzel dog which were both delicious especially with the cheese cup! I will definitely be back again soon for more 😋

Bought a six pack of beer for watching Super Bowl qlong with six bag of their pretzels. Got home. Bag disappears. Found the bag, with a complimentary piece of a pretzel the size of my thumb. Yes, I became grateful for the bite size piece.
