One of my go to pizza places in Philadelphia, I absolutely love their food and their service here! They make great pizzas that are made with great ingredients and cooked to perfection! They are one of the only places in Philadelphia that carry the Tarantini Panzarotti which is typically an item you only see in South Jersey pizzerias (its an inside out pizza fried to perfection.....warning they are highly addictive!). They make a fantastic cheesesteak which they use high quality beef and cheese and I feel like their rolls are from Liscios (yum)! They also are one of the fastest for delivery, I call them direct and they are typically here within a half hour. Did I mention they have a free parking lot and they are located right around the corner from the best water ice, John’s......can you say leave room for dessert?!!
Edit 2020 - unfortunately they have closed their doors for good. You’ll be missed!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings for delivery. It took almost 90 minutes for it to arrive, despite them saying 35-45 minutes. Even worse, once I got inside, I opened the box to find that all the cheese and pepperoni had slid off the pizza to one side of the box (picture attached). I immediately called the restaurant and they said they'd send out a new pizza "right away." I ordered wings with it, so I had to either let them get cold or eat them without the pizza, so we chose to just eat the wings while we waited. It took over an hour for them to send the new pizza and, when it arrived, the delivery driver said "how about you check this one in front of me?". I showed him the pizza he originally brought me and he immediately said "Oh sorry." That pizza certainly seems as if it had been dropped for it to be THAT bad, yet they just send along a new one over an hour later and think that makes everything OK...all while implying that it was somehow MY fault. Absolutely will not order from here again.

I used to go here years ago 2-3 times a week great food and service. Just moved back to the area and couldn't wait to place a long missed order. I was greatly disappointed in what I just received. How can you mess up an Italian hoagie that bad. The meat has a weird smell and it's so soggy they bread is falling apart. Not to mention it's 6" where is the other half of the hoagie? Definitely not worth the $10.25 I paid for. Apparently this place must have changed hands or something.. Never will eat there again. Sorry

Pizza was okay, nothing to drive out of your way for.
Special note, for anyone looking for a real Sicilian pizza skip this place. It's flat and pretty much just square pizza instead of the real deal. Service was great, on-site parking is a plus and the place looked very clean.

Napoli's is...... fine. If it's less than a 5 minute walk from you, might as well order from them.
Their pizza can be pretty good actually. Nice crust & decent sauce. The chicken fingers are respectable as are the panini's and the Cobb Salad.
But stick to those items. The rest of the menu has some real duds. The burgers are usually tasteless and made out of really cheap meat. The fries are always soggy. The chicken wings are never spicy or crispy even if you ask for them to be made hot or crispy.

Ordered pizza special for my coworkers today. A special that menu priced at $24.99. They charged me $31.49. When called to question about it, I was told to come in. Spoke with Ben for him to say he couldn't accommodate me and fix the problem because their prices have changed and their new menus aren't printed yet. Explained to him that he should have explained that when I ordered with the same menu that is sitting on the counter. When asked for manager... he said His manager Angelo told him to tell me prices changed. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!

The delivery women didn’t have exact change. I ordered a cheese steak with lettuce tomato and pickles. It had more lettuce on it then meat. I ordered a cheese cake and was given a tiny slither of it and a whole pound of liquid cherries. Horrible experience.

The Famous Napoli Pizza in South Philadelphia has been around for over 50 years. It sits at the corner of a small intersection. The place has a big red awning and cannot be missed. There are several booths in there to sit and eat. Running this blog I am f
