Very rude. VERY rude. I found a fly in my food and tried to let him know and he hung up on me. I call with the nicest tone and they are still rude. I luv Kim & Cong! The food is delicious, timely prepared, and very reasonably priced! Been a supporter for over 7yrs. I've since moved out of the neighborhood. But, I still stop by when I'm in the City for some dependable muchies to satisfy the old taste buds!
