A favorite lunch go-to in Philadelphia, the food is always hot and fresh, with a wide variety on the all you can eat buffet, with bottomless sweet tea and friendly service. I have eaten lunch here on many occasions over the last 12 years and never had a complaint other than having to wait for a seat because it was crowded!
Beware of one hit wonders that create an account only to log in once and espouse an agenda.
Good buffet at lunch. Remember: this is a barbecue restaurant in a small Southern town ... Weekday buffet is good, home cooked food. Not much atmosphere, but you don't go to a barbecue place for atmosphere. Buffet at lunch time was not expensive and the barbecue ribs were really good. The place was packed with locals until almost 1:30 PM, so you know the food is always good. We found the service good.
If you're looking to eat BBQ nachos, don't come here. They don't have them. Also never order a steak from a BBQ restaurant. I order one and it was like chewing gum, real tuff.
