A gem in the the town of Prentice Wisconsin. It was nice to find a place with a great food selection and a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a Northern Wisconsin place to stop, when you're in the area. Great dinner specials. They have their own Grill and smoker in the back. The rib special on the night that I was there was terrific ... also came with the salad bar. One of my friends enjoyed their cheeseburger with lots of fries. Drinks are reasonably priced. There are a few slot machines available for play. The walls are decorated as you would expect, in a Northwoods cabin style. There is plenty of parking outside on either side of the entrance. Very friendly staff and friendly customers. When I'm in the area this is going to be my go-to place.

My boyfriend and myself found this little gem of a restaurant upon having to come to Phillips for a funeral from Minong Wi. We came a day early Tuesday Oct 6th and stopped in for dinner.The homemade croutons on the salad were absolutely wonderful , melting in your mouth. Then we ordered the grilled stuffed mushrooms- oh my -soooo good!!! Then our dinners came. I ordered the beef liver with bacon and onions - so tender, and the bacon perfectly cooked as well as the onions. He ordered the large ribeye and his expression on his face was pure heaven. Definitely stop at this place if you’re in the area! Great service and the cook/ owner came to our table to say hi and check on us. Two thumbs up.👍🏻👍🏻 We’ll be back even if we just go joyriding. 😊
