First time visiting Phoenix. Great atmosphere, staff are great, fast service and awesome live music. I ordered the New York steak, delish cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place .
On a fluke we were able to eat here on a Sunday. We will definitely be back!! Service was awesome, and the food was seriously sooo good! A great place to go and the atmosphere is always so fun! The tea is the best I have ever had! So worth the trip for us to go there!
The best experience ever. The service was great. The waitress explained the meals in the menu so well you could taste them. Of course the music was in good taste and the displays we're interesting. The table and seating was very comfortable and the whole place was clean and neat. I had fish tacos. Fantastic! You will enjoy your time there!

Decided to have my birthday dinner here with family & friends..we came on a night when the Suns were playing and a cheerleading competition was going on. We anticipated the wait to be 45 mins - 1 hr but the greeter got us seated immediately..(within 10 mins) � The whole staff was friendly..polite..&& kind. The manager (Tyrell) made our night..definitely a welcoming environment & we had 4 little ones with us..there was a lady singing in person..just a great experience from start to finish..
I honestly loved everything. The staff was so polite, and the food was amazing. The only thing I would change is to have a larger non achoholic beverage menu.

This place is the new definition of cool. From the extensive collection of rock star memorabilia crammed into every space, nook and cranny - to the wild "UFO" guitar-embellished ceiling centerpiece suspended above you. The four of us went there for dinner and to see the place prior to the Joe Bonamassa concert nearby at the Comerica Theater. The menu is full of variety and the cedar wrapped salmon with a side of broccoli and mashers served with a grilled lemon was outstanding. The salmon portions were large and filling. Our vegan friends had the veggie burgers with fries. Prices are good. Drink selection is excellent. Our server was friendly, attentive, entertaining and a delight to be around. The manager came around as we were finishing up to ask how we enjoyed our food and drink. Overall, a good experience.
Great place to eat and hang out. Our waitress was really great and friendly. The food was really good and the atmosphere is really cool.
It was pretty empty because a dust storm came through. The waitress helped us feel welcome and not rushed while we waited the storm out.
My only critique is that the restrooms needed attention.
The Hard Rock is usually a solid spot. Stopped here after a game to get some drinks. Place was about to close so it was pretty empty, but we stumbled through the door in single file ready to make it work!
The interior was actually pretty great. Nice wood floors and things that would catch your attention including a piano. We sat down at the bar and the excellent bartender took our first round and then the last call. Prices were pretty steep for shots, but the bartender pointed out that they were 50% off during that time which was great!
Had a great conversation with the bartender and not only that, but he gave us a free round as well as took shots with us so can't complain!
Looking forward to stopping by here again and trying out the food as well.

Kendra and Kristen were awesome. Very attentive, smiling and we never had to look for our sever for drinks. Kristen was very knowledgeable and shared the history of Hard Rock from memory. I watched as she table touched and made her rounds. We will be back again!
It's Christmas day so we splurged on a movie and lunch. The service, drinks and food was great. I ordered the California Cobb salad and it was super yummy. I even had enough to bring home.

There was a mixup at the rock shop on a price and he took care of it personally. One of the warmest welcomes I've ever had at a restraunt.
The all American sliders were juicy and well prepared. I will definatly be back.
The memorabilia almost made me cry when I laid eyes on David Bowie's pants.
Parking is 1.50 an hour on the street. But even that was completely worth it.

We dropped in here for a late night dinner after a concert in the area. I haven't been to one of these since I was a child, so I had no idea what to expect. The food was actually pretty good for what it is. It's greasy, messy, and full of fat, but it tastes decent. I had the Hickory Barbecue Bacon Burger. It was big and greasy, but didn't have much in the way of flavor. The beef was a bit dry, the cheese was a little too aged, and the bun was too big and possibly a bit on the stale side. I know that all sounds terrible, but it actually wasn't that bad.
Not much to say about the fries except that are good with the dipping sauce that accompanies them. The fries themselves are just okay, not too greasy which is good, but they were on the bland side.
We had the Cauliflower Wings starter, and it was pretty good. I recommend doubling up on the Ranch dressing. Also, if you aren't a fan of spicy sauce, get the wing sauce on the side.
My wife's chicken fingers were pretty good, especially with the Barbecue dipping sauce. They were moist and flavorful.
I had a mojito, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. There was a sweetness I'm not accustomed to in a mojito which I was not a fan of.
HRC is easy to get within walking distance from most downtown Hotels. Service was good. Food was great. Drinks were expensive but you get a souvenir glass to go with it. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quick bit to eat or the full experience of the HRC.
So good. Awesome atmosphere!! Great, friendly service. Great food. Kids had pizza. Came out on guitar shaped plates. We all really enjoyed it.

Came in after a game from the convention center. All 29 of us. They had live music, pretty good but way too loud.
I ordered the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp we're jumbo and tasted great. The veggies in the fajitas were very raw, usually I don't mind raw veggies, but for fajitas I like my onions and peppers sotfer.
Service even with such a large group was amazing. The whole Hard Rock cafee pitched in to make this happen.
Food is always great. Ended up going last night for dinner after seeing a football game at the state farm arena in Glendale, Drinks are fantastic here! Everyone is always very friendly we ended up staying past closing but service was the same and they weren't rude and didn't rush us out, it was the first time the group I went with had gone. I can definitely say that they will be going back again. Thank you for the excellent service.
The wait staff are super friendly and this salmon is great! It has a smoked cedar flavor and it's tender and flaky. Spot on! And the 🍺 beer is priced decently!
I came in with a small group before a show across the street. We were seated right away and didn't wait long for anything. Brandy kept our glasses full and the conversation friendly. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed the bbq pulled pork sandwich. I also liked the sparkling blackberry spritzer, but, didn't partake in the collectors cup for purchase. Will definately come back again!
Amazing service and great atmosphere make this a great stop before activities. Luis was our server, he always made sure we were OK. Live music by Lindsey Voight was amazing also.
They were busy, but it seemed like there was a very long wait time to be waited on an extra server could have helped, if it was anticipated to be that busy. But the drinks and food were good.
