My husband and I had a great date night at The Compass Room last night! From the hostess to the server everyone was so nice. My husband had the steak medallions with citrus rosemary potatoes, I had the scallops with bacon risotto and we shared the bacon brie Mac and cheese. Every bite was delicious and I highly recommend the Mac and cheese! The view was also beautiful! When our server dropped off our check he even thanked us by name which was such a unique touch! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I were recently there a few weeks ago for our 15th Wedding Anniversary and it was an amazing night. The waiter we had (Jacob) was wonderful. The food was exquisite and mouthwatering tasting. :) The service ( which I had just mentioned) was top rate. The chef's prepared the dishes were incredible. We had a great view looking out at Downtown Phoenix. An amazing night and very enjoyable and romantic evening.

I read a few unfavorable reviews, and I can't say I see where they were coming from. We went for my wife's birthday. This is the second time I've eaten here, but the last was about 3 years ago. First off, the views were magnificent to say the least. The staff was extremely attentive and polite. The food was delicious. We had the blue maza calamari for an appetizer. I had the lobster bisque soup. This would be my only gripe as I didn't find any lobster meat in the soup; however, the flavor was rich, creamy, and tasty. I had the braised lamb shank and my wife had the mixed seafood pasta. The lamb was fall-off-bone tender. My wife said the seafood pasta was excellent. I can honestly say that I would pay these prices for the food without the views.
