Great atmosphere with pleasant sounds for the ear as you eat and speak. They serve tamales! but only for a limited time, "Tamale Trio" Lots of great food choices overall. Kind and friendly service! ☺️ "Veggie Omelette with 'Ham' & Cheese"? Huh? That's what is says...
Have to try this spot. So unexpected and welcoming. My 4yr. Old is a wild child, can be loud and she's so picky. They still make us so welcomed. We always have the best service from the whole staff. Hot Coco is by far better than the green mermaid place😝 and coffee is just plain good! Probs are enou
A little treasure in downtown. If you haven't stumbled upon this little gem I strongly encourage you to take a little trip down towards 5th Avenue. The food is delicious 😋 the menu has a little something for everyone. Don't forget they typically close early around 2:30 p.m.
If you want a true diner experience and good food. 5th avenue cafe is good. Close to downtown and history of phoenix on the walls. The food and prices were awesome! Definitely a family friendly diner. Good Saturday eats
Great local spot! My go-to is the Denver Omelette 😋 Also, everyone working here is friendly and attentive. Looks like the recently updated the menu too so, more to come!
The food was good and the portions were great for the price. The servers were very kind and attentive. The jazz music was a wonderful touch.
1st time dining here. Friendly service. Nice casual atmosphere. DELICIOUS food ... we had the Fisherman's Platter, and substituted Cod for Catfish. We will go back. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I enjoyed my "Gravy & biscuit meal". The plate was two biscuits covered with white sawmill gravy. The second plate was two 2"dia sausage patties, two eggs as ordered and hashbrowns. The coffee was full of flavor and the cup was always full.
Decided to try 5th Ave Cafe for breakfast today. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss cheese omelet, that was very tasty. I don't usually order the toast that comes with my omelet but I did order the home style red potatoes, those were tasty as well. The waitress was really kind and friendly. I'll definit
The food was delicious and the customers service was amazing. I love the restaurant definitely recommending everyone to try this place out.
I had the enchiladas suizas and they were delicious, the beans and rice accompanying them were very good as well. Staff was great, relaxing ambiance, and I love the large and varied menu options. I'm definitely coming back to try some of their other dishes.
Husband and I were visiting Phoenix and this was recommended. Nicely appointed with jazz them. We had breakfast. I had an excellent veggie scramble. My husband had their eggs, bacon, hash browns, etc. he thought it was very good. We would return.
Staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Service was quick and the food was both fresh and delicious. I have a sensitivity to sweetness and everything was perfect in terms of being the right amount of sweet. Had the Gold Rush and Waffles & Sausage. All in all, great prices, great
