Went here for dinner tonight before a play. Our waiter was so nice! The chips and salsa were so yummy. The chips came out warm, crunchy, and with bubbles like I love. My tostada was great! My husband loved the red chili burrito he tried.
Great food and good service. I ordered a chicken salad, which doesn't come in a fried tortilla, but upon request, they accommodated me no problem. The Chipotle ranch dressing was tasty and spicy. The margherita tasted great and only $4.50 for 16oz.
Bottom line, if u like texmex this place works. It has a bar, ample seating and a light hearted Mexican theam. Set in a shopping complex. The service is efficient and friendly. The food is average to good. You get homemade chips and salsa while you wait for your food. I had chicken fajitas. They were average, how can u goof up fajitas. There was way more onions then bell peppers, like the cook did not want to prep more. I liked that you could pick between flower or corn tortillas. Averagage arnie palmer to drink. This is my second time here and both visits have been similar. Ill be back again.
We had a party of 12 and the service was excellent and very prompt! Great ambiance! Excellent food!
I've been coming here for over a decade with family and friends and have always enjoyed the food. The service has been somewhat lacking during some visits, but the delicious food makes up for it. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by looking for great Mexican food. Definitely try the Fajitas, they're my favorite!
Food was very good & filling. Also had a margarita and it was very tasty too. This us the carne asada and a tamale.
Pretty much good. Enjoyed food with kindness.
Do order the Tamales. They both red and green are good. Though I prefer the red. Sala is ok chips are nice and light.
I was in Phoenix for a biz trip. Went across the street for an easy meal with an associate. Stumbled on mi amigos. Had a steak fajita and it was delicious. Steak wasn’t grizzle like many places. It was tender and perfectly cooked as were the fixings. I was alone the next night as my flight was delayed so I stopped in. The waitress recommended the pork chimichanga which was the best one I have ever had. Oh and the prices were very reasonable. Totally recommend this place!!!

Had to stop by Mi Amigos while visiting PHX after moving away in 2009 to see if the margaritas were still awesome. Well Google. The margaritas are still awesome! Now that's out of the way the food is still great and the staff very friendly and attentive. Be prepared I'd visiting during lunch hours - they will be busy. No worries there. They will still take great care of you. Thanks Mi Amigos for remaining great!
We came from New York. Super exhausted but the friendly and overjoyed staff made our meal amazing. Hilda is so friendly, quick, funny, personable and honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met throughout my stay. Great service and even better person. I would definitely come back. Loved it!
Visit often for lunch as I prefer Tex Mex and this is mild food compared to hot and spicy. I ordered the lunch special with a taco and enchilada, rice and beans. Very tasty and generally service is quick. Restaurant had a cheery atmosphere and the Arizona Center is being renovated which is nice.
We decided to check out the new Arizona Center renovations and literally stumbled over a new Mexican Restaurant called My Amigos. What wonderful meal if classic Mexican cuisine in Arizona. All meals freshly cooked and I do not believe there was a microwave in the building. Freshly produced with fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. Frankly the best fajitas I have ever eaten. Charming professional staff who were professional proficient and helpful. Thank you for a superb meal. We will be back.
