Had a chicken sandwich. It was very dry. Like it sat around all day. Also, I tried a Wisconsin cauliflower soup, which is very good. Soups and salad are a better choice for you. Sandwiches not so much. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Some of the beverages were out of order. Quick in and out.

It is evident that this establishment, Café Zupas is unique. Inside the decor is pretty neat. They serve baked goods, Italian Sodas of your choosing, gourmet salads and sandwiches, hot/cold. The staff was nice and helpful.
I had the Avocado Chicken Chop. Sadly the Avocado was scarce but the manner of how the salad was prepared and a the ingredients was tossed in a stainless steel bowl front of me and then served in a fancy dinner bowl. The other item I ordered, they didn't have on the menu but I asked anyway regarding Mac 'n Cheese. They said, they can make it, with this cheese sauce and rigatoni noodle. It was good, but there was more cheese then noodle.
The seated in the area near the fountain drink machine, I find an Itailian Drink station where one can make their own if they so desired. The cashier even placed a small dessert and a bread roll on the serving plate as I was paying for thr meal. All in all, this place is unique, but unfortunately I will give this establishment a 4 stars rating due to the fact they do not honor Military or Veterans with a discount.
Always great food with quick service at a good price. My kids love it. ❤️ Good for lunch or dinner. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Great choice!
I have had lunch often at this Zupas and usually have felt the food quality and amount were above average. However, I almost always found that the chicken soup was lukewarm. Unfortunately, there is no microwave.

I always get the honey bacon club sandwich with the green chile potato soup -- it's a rut but it's the one I love. Both are delicious!
Never disappoints, my favorites are the carnitas sandwich (no longer an item) and the berry salad with mango dressing! (I even tried to copy it!) The chicken enchilada soup is delicious.

What a great experience. We ordered online which was fast and easy. I picked up the food that was already for me on the counter. It smelled really good in the restaurant. The salads were excellent and just what we needed.

Food here is always amazing. Delicious, flavorful, and just overall good quality. Why I didn't give it 5 stars, the atmosphere. When we visited this location, it was so dirty. All the tables were dirty, the drink station was a complete mess, and behind where they were preparing the food, absolutely dirty. Back about 10 years ago I worked for zupas and I always remember them emphasizing to have everything spotless. What I saw yesterday, was nothing close to those standards. Again, food was great but they really need to work on cleaning it up.
The biscuits and sausage gravy were excellent. I had them place two eggs over easy on it. Very good!
