Collins Small Batch Kitchen is an absolute treasure! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for an extraordinary dining experience. Chris Collins, the owner, has created a culinary haven that's truly exceptional.
Let me start with the braised short ribs - they were a revelation! The melt-in-your-mouth tenderness combined with the rich, savory flavors made every bite an absolute delight. It was evident that the chef's expertise and attention to detail elevated this dish to perfection.
However, it's not just about the incredible food; it's the entire experience. The service here is impeccable. Chris himself ensures that every guest feels not just welcomed but truly appreciated. His passion for providing a memorable dining experience shines through in every detail.

Chris, thank you for consistently delivering culinary excellence. I'll certainly be returning for more of those unforgettable braised short ribs!
Amazing restaurant in the Biltmore area. Beautiful esthetic, food was top notch and we will be back to visit.
We loved the vibe. The booths and tables are great. Food was excellent. Brussels sprouts are quite amazing! Love the King Burger and the short rib. We’ll be back. Updating this review in June 2022. We have been back several times and continue to enjoy the food, service and vibe. We don't usually like pizza with a white sauce but took a chance on the sausage and mushroom and found it quite excellent.
Food was good. Filet lacked any seasoning but was tender. The double cut pork chop was perfection. Highly recommend. Braised short rib had good flavor but was slightly dry. The risotto that came with it was very good. Staff was all very nice. Not disappointed for our first trip.
Had such an amazing experience with the best service from Joseph! The Brussels sprouts were everything you hoped and the mushroom & sausage pizza had the best flavor. The best part was the Tres Leches cake for dessert! Will definitely be returning with friends & family. Joseph was also very knowledgeable about the Scottish salmon & it’s fjord origins :)
Amazing cocktails. Oysters were very fresh. Loved shrimp risotto. Great service.
Food was pretty good here. We started with drinks and the bread service. The bread was good, but they char it, which is not my preference.
Overall the food was pretty good. The ribs had good flavor but could have used more sauce. I was unable to get our servers attention for more before finishing to request some.
The chicken platter was really good, I would order that next time. The crab cakes were pretty good too. As were the drinks we ordered. I really liked the tequila and spicy lime.
Fun little place for decent (upscale) little happy hour. I showed up earlier than party and they were nice enough to seat me so I was able to get a drink going. I had the RUM AND SPICED BLACKBERRIES drink and It was fabulous Lemon and blackberry cinnamon syrup gave me all the holiday vibes I was hoping for! The salmon. Tartar was a ridiculous amount of chips for a small amount of salmon, I think tuna might be a more popular choice for Tartar but also pricier fish. My party said the prime rib and Brie sliders were the best they ever had! And personally I’ve had better tres leches cake from food city and Safeway or Frys than here. There was really no flavor in the cake or creams other then the berries on top and caramel sauce. Feel like it could be done better.
Delicious, succulent food made in a scratch kitchen. The braised short ribs were excellent. As was the poke bowl.
We took advantage of Restaurant Week to visit Collins Small Batch Kitchen for the first time. We're glad we did.
The restaurant is attractive with comfortable seating and a casual atmosphere. The service was excellent and our meals were delicious. We'll be back when the weather cools to enjoy patio dining.
