Cartel Coffee Lab - Phoenix - Photo album

Best espresso in downtown Phoenix I’ve had after six or so coffee shops. Good pull, served with sparkling water. There is a small seating area outside or seats in an office lobby the coffee shop opens up into. Bakery case had a dozen or so items, including some that are vegan and/or GF.
They make an outstanding latte, the service impeccable and the seating area works in a uniquely Phoenician fashion. Perfect stop after being in the convention centre or on the way to the Suns.
Stopped in for some coffee in breakfast since our hotel was nearby and wow! I had one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in quite some time, and my breakfast burrito was fantastic. Very glad we were able to stop by. Highly recommend!
Holy cow. Just had one of the pop tarts. I’ve always loved Cartel, the service and drinks are always great. This pop tart though took it to a new level; a new dimension. This pop tart moved me and set up the rest of my day for success. I now no longer believe I can kick start a day in the office wit
A hidden gem. Great selection of hot or cold coffees, a couple of breakfast burritos, delicious fresh pastries and friedly service. There is an air conditioned area to sit and enjoy your purchases with an immaculately clean public restroom. I strongly recommend stopping in here while wandering downt
Delicious lattes and probably the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! I ordered an iced honey lavender latte and it was delicious. The burrito was toasted on all sides and the cheese was melty and wonderful. We came twice on our weekend getaway.
Cute coffee shop with nice drinks and nice service
4-29-22 Casa Isabel Guatemala pour over - very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful on how they brew and suggesting a grinder.
Coffee was okay, pastry was great. The espresso isn't as strong as I would like (even though I got a shot more than I normally do). The pastry, apple butter pop tart, was great. Most and crispy!
The coffee was great! Also inside its super cute and they have good seating area to do some work on you computer. Also the menu is pretty cool has portions of how much coffee each drink has.
Being cheeky, I told the barista in this serious coffee place that I was from Melbourne, and hadn't found good coffee in Phoenix yet. It wasn't strictly true, but a great conversation starter with baristas! He made me an excellent latte with pretty free pour art. The lady working the cash register
Very fun coffee...only vanilla as a flavoring. Four shots are the standard but are welcome to dial it down.
Another must-do in Phoenix. Phenomenal vegan lemon poppyseed cake and outstanding coffee and espresso. Love the spare interior and friendly service. It's just steps from the Hyatt and the convention center and situated near a beautiful street art alley.
I really enjoyed the walk up coffee bar and sitting outdoors. And of course, a great drink!
Just had the perfect burrito from there. The tortilla was soft and crisp perfection. Fresh ingredients and well cooked. Great flavor combo. The mocha was okay. Won't get that again.
Amazing espresso roast! Lots of mediocre coffees out there but this roast is rich and decadently smooth. If you love coffee you’ll love their roast. Coffee shop is simple modern decor with plenty of places to sit and a window to order outside. My new favorite coffee shop when I visit Phoenix! PS-
Friendly baristas, and a nice selection of coffee. The iced mocha was good, but not nearly as good as their single origin cold brew! A nice stop for sure.
