Stopped here for dinner after work and I was not disappointed. I ordered the shaking beef and it was cooked really well. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The look of the restaurant is very nice and it has a relaxing atmosphere without being pretentious. Overall I can say anyone would be really pleased coming here and I'd definitely go back here!

I live hear here soo I’m always driving by this place and I finally decided to give it a try! It was nothing all like I expected to look like from the inside but I’m a super good way! This spot deserves a little more hype because the outside of the bungalow looks a little deceiving but once you enter, you’ll love it! Makes for a perfect date night hang, spot for drinks or to chill with friends for happy hour. We got the garlic noodles which were immaculate, the pho was okay and the bah mi was good. Not a top spot for “the best Vietnamese food” but if you lived near by or are in the area it’s worth giving it a try. Will definitely be coming back though to try the spring rolls and a few menu faves! Also the staff was super friendly and service was quick.

Had a fantastic experience at Rice Paper Vietnamese Restaurant. Their weekend half-price Pho deal is an absolute steal, and the Vietnamese coffee is as authentic as it gets—high quality and reasonably priced. The broth in the Pho is flavorful without being too salty, a delicate balance that's hard to find. The atmosphere is also quite inviting. A solid 4-star dining experience!

We came into Rice Paper at 8 pm on a Friday night. The service was absolutely fantastic, and the waiter had a ton of good recommendations for things to do on a Friday night. The first thing that comes out to the table is a collection of three different sauces (great for those who enjoy all the sauces 🙋‍♂️). We ordered the fu. Oh wait, pho 🤣. We also ordered four spring rolls. The Chuck Norris- cuz why not. The seafood trio and two of the pork. The food was insanely fast, fresh, clean, and delicious. Be prepared. The spring rolls are massive! My taste buds danced in all the flavors. We will be returning soon.

I have driven by this restaurant more times than I can count, and always told myself “I need to stop in there”…. And with a date night in mind, it finally happened. Trying a lot of Pho restaurants around the valley, I will say it was very impressive! The atmosphere was so cozy, being that it was in a old heritage Phoenix house. Service was wonderful. The Pho broth was very very good, and the amount of proteins per bowl was INCREDIBLE! Highlight factor… full bar! Highly recommend!!

Hit the spot! So many menu options that I want to return for. Pho tai was yum. Patio and inside are cute. They had a shift changeover after I sat down but they didn’t miss a beat with the 1st guy getting my drink, and then handing me over to the 2nd guy who was ready to take my order. I’m definitely coming back.

Rice Paper is inside a little bungalow on seventh Street. I was surprised how much the atmosphere changed when I walked through the door. A lovely, rather elegant, expansive modern environment unexpectedly pops up. Such a nice surprise. Service is excellent. The food is fabulous! It's a must! Stop by for an unexpected culinary surprise

A true gem at central Phoenix. You will find an inviting atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, as well as -- of course -- the tastiest food. A great mix of patrons, comparing their dishes with the tables next to them, is something that you can expect here, too. Just be mindful that the parking, at the back of the building, is one-way, when you pull in from the 7th St.

This is the 2nd time we went there and really like it. They have such an array of fresh rolls. The lemongrass chicken was different than we have had at other Vietnamese places. The pho was really good and flavorful. The service was amazing.

I eat here anytime I'm downtown. You'll love it! I had the Lobster Puffs and Lobster and Filet mignon spring roll. Delish!

Always worth the drive to visit this place! . The staff is super friendly and the food so full of flavor! . The Spring Rolls are my absolute favorite with that peanut sauce🤤 . The Pho is exactley what you want it to be and the additional sauces are there so you can make it as sweet or spicey as you like! . The adult libations are refreshing fresh! . Love the chill atmosphere and setting that this place has to offer. . They do have an outdoor patio to which we have never sat at as we enjoy the inside scenery that much! . Well worth the visit! Get up and Go!!!

Been here twice, the food is pretty good (Popular duo, Shaking beef) but pricey for the portion size. The service leaves a lot to be desired. They seemed to be understaffed both times we went. The first time took over 30min before the server took our order.

I love the concept! Such a fun experience to choose from a menu of rolls! That are delicious and more adventurous than your standard spring roll! And the drinks.... YUM. Definitely going back. We also had pho. It was incredible.

This place is phenomenal! My husband and I love pho. We eat it all the time from tons of different places. We love it all. We're not picky or pho snobs but you can tell when the ingredients are high quality. Rice Paper Vietnamese Restaurant uses high quality ingredients! Everything was fresh and obviously made to order. We got Pho Tai, as well as the fresh 3s company and spider spring rolls. Everything was so so delicious! The meat in the pho was where the quality really shined. It was perfectly cooked in the broth and a great cut of meat so it was tender and not chewy or fatty. The menu is unique and the service was top tier. Everything was awesome!
