I spotted this place right before pulling into my original destination and immediately swerved across three lanes to give it a try. Local coffee shops are still my favorite places to experience. I went with the Bananas Foster Latte, iced as recommended, which I think was a good choice. The atmosphere invites you to hang out and relax. The cocktail menu looked very tempting, next time.
Super cool place. Pricey but around what you would expect for drinks. Love that there is coffee and alcoholic drinks. They have a small amount of food outside kitchen hours and some bakery goods. The people were awesome. It's definitely a chill and hang while you slowly sip your drink kind of vibe.
Pretty cool hidden spot inside of the coffee shop, we actually went to 36 below. It's downstairs from the coffee shop. We had to make a reservation & we were only allowed to be inside 1 hour and 30 min. We had to make a deposit to reserve. Once inside, it's a pretty small & cozy place, but it's awesome. Decorations and themes are amazing. The drinks we got all came in a cool presentation, which made us want to try a couple of different drinks. Everyone from the hostess to the bartenders were very friendly. It's pretty pricey but worth the experience.
Sip Coffee and Beer is far from your normal coffee shop. It is a high vibe, community workspace. Walking in, I was greeted with Jose's big smile, upbeat music and various entrepreneurs working from their laptops at a full bar. You get the feeling that work is getting done in the room. If you haven't already, try the Kevlar coffee. Grass fed butter and mct's with hot coffee make the taste akin to silk. It's fantastic. They even have a hidden martini bar under the building (if you can find the secret entrance).
Neighborhood cafe. Great place to hangout with friends or work. Coffee and beer are available. High ceiling which create a very comfortable atmosphere. Patio is available.
Always love the local and quirky coffee spots. This one is a retro fit of an oil and lube spot. Great menu and vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful to first timers. The only negative was the asphalt needs repairs badly.
The Sip Garage is a neighborhood institution. Living in the neighborhood for many years and spending a lot of time here holds a special place in my heart. I’ve gotten tattoos with staff in the past and asked for critiques of my creative writing. With all that said, they make every person walking in the door feel that special! The ambiance, drinks and food rival the amazing staff. It’s definately worth popping in for a drink whether it’s for one of their specialty coffees or alcohol drinks.
You can't miss with Sip. Simple cool vibe with good coffee and food. Great place to meet friends or clients for a relaxed unassuming atmosphere. Enjoy!
Stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised. Great cocktails and brilliant atmosphere for a daytime Sunday. Enjoyed the games and appreciated the friendly staff.
One of my favorite local spots that appeals to all personalities! Smoothies, coffee, tea, and mixed drinks all in one place?! To top it off, they have a wonderful staff of genuine people. Don’t be shy, and come on by!
SIP is good. The strong iced Americano, was made by the very nice Matthew. The gluten free banana bread was very good and moist. Pricey, over 12.00 for 2 items. There's a nice outdoor patio, which of course, was empty due to the crazy high Phx temps. Comfortable couches and chairs line the area. The headbanging music is way too loud.
A converted oil and lube shop with giant garage doors creating a beautiful open atmosphere and a chill vibe. Be sure to check out the swank cocktail lounge downstairs!
This place has a great atmosphere and really friendly people. I really appreciated the vibe alot. Dog friendly. Awesome craft beers and coffee. Will definitely be coming back!
Came here with a friend for coffee and we enjoyed it! I had cold brew and it was delicious. We stayed to chat for a while and the atmosphere was perfect for working or talking with a friend.
I came for the happy hour coffee, but that has been long since removed from the menu. Instead, I got a hot latte for $6 something. The staff were very nice and since they've started training in latte art, I was able to get a design. It looked and tasted great (even with oat milk).
The place is more for alcohol and they have a small bar through an underground passageway. The drinks are presented with aesthetic purpose, perfect for pictures.
Do note that parking is limited. Make sure you turn into the right driveway because it's a little confusing. They do have a drive through as well as indoor seating.
