Love Andy's, find it the best frozen custard in town. Only dinged atmosphere since there is no indoor seating, which sucks in AZ summer or in thus case, a chilly AZ winter evening. The place is always clean and worth eating in the car.

We don't live in Arizona, but every time we come visit, Andy's is a must! The customer service is always great, and the custard is delicious!
Great frozen custard! A little pricey. Need more kid friendly sizes (unless I missed something on their menu). Since this is "ice cream" in Phoenix, in the summer, it would be nice to be able to sit inside. However, they did turn the misters on for us and that was nice.
How special is it that Ahwatukee has a Andy's custard shop. They have $2 Tuesday hot fudge sundaes. All the treats I've tried are delicious. A bunch of kids run place. Which makes it even more fun. They have a little patio area. This type of ice cream place harkins back to a simpler time when we could forget our worries and just enjoy an ice cream(custard)parlor.
Delicious dessert for sweet tooth. They gave very generous topping. I would recommend Snowmonster.
Drive thru is available at this location. Even though the line was long during the weekend but the line moved very fast.
I am craving the key lime pie concrete most days. I also love the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer. This place has my heart when it comes to cold, sweet indulgences. Great job!
I’m a regular at this location, and last night was my first time hearing about the rewards program. It only made sense to sign up for a loyalty card because Andy’s is like my home away from home so I’m excited about joining. Fast friendly service as always, and the custard is great! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

We love Andy’s, and are always coming back. We suggest getting a small because the custard is so rich.Trust us. I would have given 5 stars, but I often receive my order wrong—more times th an right. I don’t have a complicated order, I just swap an ingredient for another. But, 4/5 times it is just made wrong and it’s frustrating. Pictured is the Waffle Crunch concrete with supposed to be no peanuts, but found that there were peanuts after a 15 min drive home. That’s my only gripe, otherwise it is really good. Just need more precise workers that focus on quality and not how quick they can erode the line.
Two days later we went back and ordered the same concrete that my boyfriend got: the Cherry Bash. Instead, this time, the cashier rang up the toppings individually and so the concretes were both 8 dollars for two mediums. After the last debacle, he was just frustrated and annoyed so we didn’t confront them then, but are waiting to hear back from management. Overall, we always have problems going to this Andy’s.
The times I've gone so far the service has been great!!! The employees are still prompt even though you don't order until you get to the window. The vanilla custard they serve is pretty solid, and their brownies taste fresh!!!
