I would like to start by saying I have been going to Sardellas,this location specifically for over 30 years. What happened tonight was just appalling. I put in an online order for wings ONLY (LOVE the wings/tolerate the pizza). My friend goes to pick up the order, they don't have it, so he puts in an order and informs me when he arrives. No big deal! I call because I did pay for the wings and wanted my money back. A lady named Nina (I think) answers the phone. She tells me that my order for 'Justin' isn't there and I need to call the other store. My name is Jessica and that was the name it was under AND I am looking at the confirmation screen that has their location. She puts Jason who identifies himself as the manager on the phone. I tried to explain the situation and he cuts me off saying we don't have that order for pizza and wings. I explain I only have wings and can I give him the confirmation number. He tells me there's no point he doesn't have the order. At this point I tell him I'm coming in. He's adamant that I'm at the wrong location and will not listen. I need to show him the confirmation. Please keep in mind I had stayed calm and I think pleasant but obviously irritated but not acting on it. This is important because Jason began to mock me to his coworkers in a "nasty rude tone" as if I had spoke to him that way before hanging up the phone or confirming I had. When I arrived at the store 10 min later they had all of a sudden found my order. The cashier (little older man) who had zero customer service skills just starts processing my refund. Jason just kept saying sorry especially after I advised him to properly hang up the phone before openly mocking them. By the way there were customers in the store when I got there so who knows if they were mocking me in front of other people. ****************UPDATE****************** Mike, the owner called me the next morning of leaving this review. We had a nice conversation where I truly felt like a valued customer. He assured me that a situation like this will not happen again. I will be giving them a second chance, if not for the very sweet owner, for the AMAZING wings!

The Pizza was very good and the guy behind the counter had a lot of patience. Order a large meat lover with 25 bones in mild wings.

So far our favorite thin-crust in the neighborhood. If a Guiness &/or Modelo Negro were tapped, a juke-box in place, I'd hang out & spend more. Nice staff too

Pretty good NY style pizza for the Phoenix area. 10 bucks with coupon. It was missing several NY items, but overall good for Phoenix. One side was cooked more than the other also.

I ordered the combo #2, which is a slice of pizza and wings. Good prices. My special request for crispy wings was not a problem. My slice of cheese pizza was customized by adding mushrooms and onions. I thought the food was very good. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean. I'd eat there again.

Loved it !! had the Amore pizza and boneless wings !! customer service great !! received our food quick, hot and with a smile..well be back!! used our Groupon $30 value for $15..

Continually have had nothing but great experiences with this Sardella's location. We've tried it all, pizza, salads, wings. They are always fantastic, and always delivered timely. Highly recommend!!

Great pizza and excellent wings. Skip the chain and go for this amazing local pizza! Went there after a show and the service was great even late at night, they treated my band so well! Highly recommend.

So I just have to say this was my first time ordering from this pizza parlor, and it was a wonderful experience. Francisco was awesome and his customer service was excellent not to mention their prices are not bad at all with a big family pizza can become expensive really quick, so it was awesome that I can order and not feel overwhelmed by the price. Thanks Francisco you’re awesome.

I went because I had a Groupon coupon,lol. I didn't know this location sits in a cell dead zone. Therefore I couldn't get the validation number from the app. We ordered anyway meat lovers large pizza and 25 wings for the three of us. Food was good and server was patient with from the beginning as I tried to use app. I have 40 days left to use coupon so I'll be back again.

The pizza here is great! I usually order the chicken buffalo and it is always delicious. I've never had a problem with the chicken tasting old like I've had at another Sardella's location. Service is always quick and the crew is friendly. 5/5 would recommend

I've got what I expected a good Mediterranean salad and a meat ball submarine sandwich, my only objection it's on the french roll if it was lightly toasted it would make a big difference in holding the fillers more consistently. The use of plastic containers and utensils ought to be eliminated and replaced with paper made products. It would make a big contribution to the environment. ******************************** It was my second time in Sardella's and while as I was waiting for my order I observed the man in charge I guess he must be the owner of the restaurant he impress me the way he run the kitchen, efficiently and smoothly, is he italian? mmmm I'm sure he is and a good one. He prepared my order and the result was very good as he did in my first visit. He inspire me as someone who is dedicated to his craft, not very communicative, but immerse in his cooking. Great cooking is all about the passion and he shows that. The pizza is well balance among all the ingredients and the meatballs subs its as good as you can get anywhere in Arizona, mistakes can be made not because of neglect but perhaps an employee distraction can give a wrong impression of the true intention of this place. Keep the good work.
