This location is in a not so good part of Phoenix. My wife and I went to have lunch and really enjoyed the experience. My wife is black and I'm white and a person approached our table and the manager quickly came to our defense because he appeared to be pan handling. It wasn't the case he had lots of money in his pocket he just wanted to talk to us. But as a manager she was really polite , professional and just a great person. I will be going back and enjoy the experience again. I forgot to mention that as a Sanitation Manager by trade in the food industry this location was very clean to my standards. 5 stars all around to the manager

I never went to Arby's for lunch, but today I very satisfied with my decisions. The the jalapeno bacon ranch wrap is very delicious. Great customer service. And this location have a very nice seating area. 🔥🔥🌞☀️
Arby's is a great place to eat, quality is always there!
Got the gyros this time, wife got the beef and I had the original Greek. I like their jalapeno poppers better than most of the other places. We always grab a few roast beef sandwich's to go for later, because they stay good for hours!
The food is always good and the restaurant is always clean. Not sure if the staff had an off day, they seemed to be annoyed with either the day or just having to be there that day. Not friendly as they usually are.
The food was fresh, and they even cooked fresh fries for me. Plus the staff always helps me. (I use the app for discount codes and sometimes it doesn't work)
Heads up: This location attracts a lot of shady characters. Such as unsheltered individuals. Not necessarily a recommended a dine-in location.
My husband and I stopped there because we wanted a quick bite to eat (Lunch) and we ordered fish and chips. And it was great 👍🏼 season perfectly.
For the location the restaurant was clean. Arrive was good and employees were kind. Drive through took a little longer than I expected but at least my order was correct .
My wife and I went there in the evening, we ordered 2 Arby's melts, 12 mozzarella sticks and a super roast beef, which is an off menu item.
All of the food was fresh, and the employees knew the proper ingredients for the off menu item which is always great to see.
Everything we ordered tasted exactly as it should and it was very enjoyable.
IDK. This Arby’s is kind of secretly lit. It’s clean inside, even the bathrooms are nice. It’s got a new fancy decor too.
The food is great. I think the fries are usually a little old but the sandwiches and literally everything else are always fresh. Plus, this location is dead. No customers.

Better than I expected. The roast beef sandwiches were pretty good - even my kids enjoyed them. However, my children thought the chicken nuggets had too much breading and not enough chicken.
This Arby's location has a really great crew of people. They all work really well together and seem happy to be there. Food is fresh and quickly made. The restaurant is always clean, even while busy at lunch time. A+ Service! Thank you!
The gyros Greek style is bomb a must try if you have never tried one before. This place is clean and has some good people working there. You would never know if you haven't ever visited do to it's location.

I particularly like this location a lot. The food is always delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Can't really say much else about a well-oiled machine, but this Arby's is top notch in most Corporate Arby's standards but it does lack some stability on the evening shift where ticket times are not a target any longer (they just have you pull up past the drive thru near the front door and bring it out to you so that their ticket times don't reflect negatively and this is a HUGE brand no, no as they are supposed to be thrown a curve ball every now and again and the game is not best ticket time of the day, it's average and this is inadvertently creating unreasonable metrics that create pressure on other shifts, with restaurants that are pressured to speed up their speed of service errors and quality will be the first to lack. Hence why this is not a five star). That is very rare for me to say, but working extensively with Arby's in my career previously as a director of operations role (franchise setting) and doing many audits. This location is particularly clean and is highly efficient with order accuracy, and from a brand standard they are solid. This location does lack a few of the AOR essentials due to some bad habits being embraced as positive shortcuts but in reality it's about trusting the build to process and letting the one off tickets go as long as they are needed. This is not me being critical but this is simply a review in regards to what great restaurants do and what good restaurants to and this restaurant is right on the cusp of being great but needs to get there management team at night on the same page about what really is important and not making yourself look good on paper because when it comes down to an audit you can't fake ticket times and the auditor will get you every time. Might as well do it right the first time...
