Had a friend get me that new jalapeno burger. It was very tasty, with a ton of fries. Lots of jalapenos on it. Prices are a bit steep but I guess most restaurants have had to raise their prices. I'll be back though.
The Happy Valley location has some of the best service I've ever received. One of the employees, Georgianna, has the most positive attitude to go along with her alluring charm. Best Carl's Jr on the Northside. Good management by Joel as well.
I go out of my way to come to this location, staff is very friendly my order is always right & freshly made with minimal wait time and most importantly cleanliness inside the restaurant is on point.
I enjoyed eating in this store very much! Food server Bri had great customer service, she had patience for my long order and made sure I received everything! I recommend this location

The manager has the best customer service in all the Carls Jr I been too. The restaurant was clean and my food was well served. The employees greeting me and everyone was so welcoming.
Just went through the drive thru. Had a long order, and the worker Georgianna double checked and made sure we got what we ordered. Also seemed very positive
1st time at the place. Pleasantly surprised by the Original with cheese... sandwich only. Lettuce and tomato were fresh and crunchy. Have to go back now. Better than a Whopper imo.
Very good food.. General manager brought our food to the table. Real nice, quick friendly service. Food kinda soupy but good none the less :) Could do without the chunky brown bits in the yellow mustard tho.
Carl's Jr is underrated. Good burgers, good service. Food comes out quick, they still bring it to your table. (always thought that was cool) jalapeno burger is tasty. Employees always are polite. Only thing I would recommend is have napkins, condiments, salt and pepper accessible to customers.
