Despite having had a chicken sandwich thrown at them by a prior, less than honorable, customer--Taylor held composure and was so polite and kind in taking care of my order.
Customer service is a very tough skill, and not many people could handle assault and still have excellent customer service. It's sad that the world we live in has so poorly trained customers, but I think the whole staff here deserves a raise!
Great happy hour slider deals, happy employees giving exceptional customer service. This is the model all other Carl's Junior restaurants should follow!
If you want a very well built protein-style burger (no bread bun) this is a very good location. Famous Star with cheese with solid lettuce bun.
Food is always on point! Not just at this location either, Carl's Jr. is consistent across the southwest. The guy who works at this location is awesome! He deserves a raise in my opinion. Hard working, accurate w/ orders, quick & he has never let me drive away without first asking me if I need some type of sauce.

Friendly staff, and clearly audible drive thru speaker. Didn't go inside, bathroom cleanliness is a mystery. Arrived a little after 6pm and drive thru was barren, and that was in contradiction to Google's busy estimates.
I think this location I far enough out that it doesn't get that much business during the covid. Staff was still highly attentive and my chicken sandwich was still well prepared.
Update- still driving past multiple locations to come here. Thanks again for your great service and delicious burgers!
Great tasting double cheeseburgers for my kids. We are new to the area and are glad we found a Carl's jr that makes decent burgers. We drive by other locations for this one.
Their burgers are far superior to McDonald's, and Burger King by a long shot. Their All Star Meals are great if you have the munchies. Their double cheese burgers hit the spot if you need a quick bite. They also have their Angus burgers which are the size a burger really should be to satisfy anyone with an appetite. To top it all off they have cookies or milkshakes. Just give them a try.
We always go to this location ever since we moved to this area. Always have had a good experience. For the first time we got the wrong order and we weren't upset we drove back and they where able to resolve it with out an issue. Ever since covid started everywhere you go is upside down or low staffed, not their fault for it.
This place has pretty good fast food and is cooked to order. They have everything from burgers to tacos to salads there is something for just about everyone. There isnt a kids meal nor is there any playground or outdoor seating for the cooler months. They have friendly staff and pretty good customer service in the day however the late night service is not the greatest and lave lackluster attitudes.
Hmmm, seem to have forgotten about this franchise. When I was commuting to L.A., I would eat at a very convenient Carl's that was about 1/4 mile from my exit off the 405 on my route to the office. A TV ad peaked my interest. I stopped for Friday's dinner and got 'C' her grilled chicken sandwich, 'K' a Double Big Carl's with guacamole, and a $6 Thick burger. Sides of a salad and "Crisscut" fries. 'C' enjoyed her Guac burger, the Thick burger was very good, I had forgotten just how tasty they are. No other local fast food chain offers a burger as thick and as juicy. Salad was huge, so was the order of waffle fries.
Only complaint is the staff seem preoccupied. No greeting, no thank you. This location also needs a redo, seems a little run down.
This Carl's Jr. location offers quick friendly service. The food always tastes good. It's served nice and hot. The French fries 🍟 are always crisp. The Mexican menu items are good as well. It's a good fast food choice. Try it.
