Great place to come have a drink, socialize, play some pool, and just have a great time. Great staff, and all around great place.
This is a great throwback vibe. The kitchen is being worked on. The Muppets & the disfunctional family "regulars," come up with fun food ideas. Lot's of restaurants close by, Sundays are great all day!
Great little dive bar that's been there for a long time. They have two pool tables and good live music. There is one little secret about the place that I don't want to mention on the internet that some people don't like and others really enjoy.

Visiting Flagstaff from out of town. This Cafe was close to our location. Super friendly waitress! Sorry, forgot her name. She was alone to tend bar & wait tables so cafe was closed & we were sat in bar - 2 adults, 5 kids Think old town bar with regulars, everyone seemed to know each other, including 3 dogs wandering around looking for attention! Which kids loved! Great service, great food. Will visit again. Minus 1 star cuz of cussing, F bombs from other patrons. It's a bar, whatcha gonna do? Had Cafe been open would've been more kids-friendly.
Good time. Decent people. Good food, gotta order from the cook different which can catch you off guard if you are new and drunk. Lol. So heads up. Also. Love the smoking rules

If you think its time to hear the Angels Sing, come to Maverick Saloon on Thursday nights for kari okie starting around 9:00 PM until closing time, at 2:00 am.
Love this place.. "Sue" was behind the bar making amazing drinks and super friendly and helpful. The food is great "Junior" was in the kitchen. The entire staff was amazing and so was the food and drinks.

Smoking inside??? Yeap you can legally do that too, plenty of ventilation... so much ventilation in fact that it doesn't bother this non smoker at all.
Generally friendly and prompt bartenders and Stan the manager is a down to earth nice guy that keeps a close eye on things but never gets overly involved with the bartenders in front of the customers.
Reasonable prices, with a full service kitchen that opens starting around 11AM and I am not sure but I believe they serve breakfast on certain days of the week.
Super clean mens room, plenty of parking for the day time crowd.
I'd give it five stars if they had stools with backs on them for those of us old timers who have worn out our backs sitting on bar stools with no backs.
Love this bar, one of the only bars you cam still smoke inside. The bartender sue is hands down the best bartender around
My first visit to this establishment was kismet. The kind of bar that I enjoy the most. It happened to be a Friday night and I was pleasantly surprised by the live band that played that evening. Good ole, hard-core rock and roll. I found out later that the bar has live bands playing every weekend. So, even though the distance traveled was a little farther than I prefer, I was hooked. Great beer, good food and the people there are easy to get along with.
My favorite bar of all times. Great selection of drinks. The waitresses all are nice and pay attention to you. The greatest thing is you can still smoke inside. They have some of the best food too. I recommend the chicken wings. The day to go and eat is when junior is cooking. All around best place to chill. Live bands on weekends and always a pool game to play. Love this place
Great little dive bar. Everyone PHX nice. Drinks are swell. Food is yummy yum. Burgers you should write home about. If cigarettes don't bother you; as smoking is allowed, you will have a blast. Beware of pull tabs
I was there long enough for a cocktail. However the cocktail was good. The service is friendly. The location was busy. The crowd seemed more than content. Bartender definitely knows how to make a drink and doesn't keep you waiting.
